A Gentle Touch Electrolysis PCOS affects 1 out of every 10 people with ovaries, many of whom go undiagnosed. For diagnosis and treatment of PCOS, you will need to see an endocrinologist (hormone specialist). For the unwanted hair, the solution is electrolysis. Dark skin is a challenge for some hair removal methods, but not for electrolysis. If you've heard that your skin tone means that you are not a candidate for hair removal treatments, then you need to speak to an electrologist. Permanent hair removal can be a critical factor for bringing your external appearance into line with your internal sense of self.

Experts also say that athletes who participate in a sport which produces chafing could find some relief through hair removal.

Heather is welcoming and makes me feel comfortable during every appointment. I had laser hair removal done for almost 2 years and still have hair growth. While it's thinner in some areas, I was not happy with the results after that much time. Results for electrolysis are almost immediate and you can see a difference once the area has "healed" after a couple days. All in all, I'm so glad I found Heather! I can't wait to be more confident in a bathing suit this summer because of her work!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Heather is amazing! I was nervous the first time I visited, but I shouldn't have worried. She patiently explained everything to me beforehand. Despite my lifetime fear of needles, I actually find the treatments to be relaxing. She is very professional, responsive and always makes time to fit me in. I highly recommended her!
