I went a while back in February and told Heidi I would write a great review for her, I then lost her card and completely forgot her name lol. I just found it in an old purse and now that I have it again I just wanted to rave about how great she was! She was thorough, funny to talk to, and just genuinely great! Super pleased with the service I received from her and planning to rebook soon!

I recently went to Heidi to have my microneedling done, and she was truly a joy to meet. She said she's been with Moxie for quite some time and in the industry for over 15 years. You know how you're supposed to take workout classes from someone who you think has a body you'd like to aspire to have? Well now I'm making rule about my skin care routine as well. Heidi had me guess her age and I was over 16 years off, thinking she was way younger than she was.

She looks AMAZING and I want to look just like that in the future. Not only was my treatment great and she paid close attention to my pain tolerance and how I was reacting, I also really appreciated that she never once tried to up-sell me. During my appointment I asked her about numerous different products and treatments and it was so nice to have her give me an honest answer about each one and how it would or would not help me with my skincare goals.

I feel like most places you would go, they would just try to convince you to come back and get more expensive treatments, but Heidi vetoed a lot of my ideas and instead gave me information on other treatments that she thought would work for me.

As a first time client/customer anywhere we want to feel comfortable, well the moment I walked in the door I felt that! This place is great! I was greeted with smiles and the feeling was like I've been a client for years! I was offered coffee or water and there was also wine available! The setting was cute and comfy. I worked with Samantha who was beyond fantastic!

She listened and was very easy to talk to, it didn't feel akward or uncomfortable in anyway. Samantha was definitely the best! Her bedside manner is awesome and her personality is sweet and caring she made my whole experience there worth it. I left feeling beautiful and more importantly good about my appointment! I would recommend Samantha to everyone!

I got my first ever chemical peel yesterday with Samantha and can already tell I'm going to be hooked. Having never had a chemical peel or medical grade facial before, I wasn't sure what to expect or really even what the results would be like - Samantha was great! She asked so many questions to not only understand my skin goals, but also my routine.

I wanted to go deep enough to get results, but really wanted to avoid excessive flaking. I also love doing heated yoga and wanted to get back to classes quickly. She took everything into account and provided an excellent service, and fully explained what my skin routine should look like over the next few days to get the most out of the peel. So glad they were able to squeeze me in last minute (they're great at finding a time for you in their schedule) I'd definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

I have gotten a few services from Heidi and I highly recommend her! Moxie is a great studio to go to for waxing or laser treatment. Everyone is always extremely friend when I call or walk through the door. I started off getting Brazilian sugar services but have recently started laser hair removal treatments. Heidi has done both of these services for me. She is super thorough and skilled. She is also fun to talk with during my appointments and makes me feel conformable through the whole process.
