I have visited this clinic many times. Since my first visit the staff has always been friendly towards me, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I really enjoy my appointments and even more so enjoy my results. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Was told that I could have touch ups after the package deal I had bought. I didn't receive them, the new owner said it was not needed. I still had several hair's. I had used this company for years in the past but a new owner bought the place and, well after this situation with them I quit going to them. Service: Laser hair removal

So my first time going here, I had initially scheduled an appointment for filler and botox, but changed my mind about the lip filler when I got there. Everyone at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming. The very kind esthetician who helped me didn't try to talk me into filler anyways. She listened to my concerns and totally understood what I was saying.

After explaining other options to me I decided to go with PDO threads for my lips. I wish i could remember he name, but she was so very kind and reassuring and explained everything step by step. (Even tho I got super anxious after numbing and shaky) She was patient and reassuring. Anyways, not only did I have a great experience here, I LOVE my lips. So much. I'm sure Ill love my botox when the results show up. Definitely my go to place from here on out.

A couple of years ago I used this establishment to remove unwanted hair on my chin and lip. It was great and I was happy with my service. Due to the area I had hair removed I was told more than one time if I needed a touch up it would only cost $50 because it was an area already completed. Two years (Covid) I made an appointment to have a touch up and brought a friend for a consultation.

The technician was really sweet and friendly. I walked up to the counter and to my amazement was charged $200. I let the girl at the counter know what I was told and she said, well it is new owners so the price changed. I wish someone would've quoted me the price prior to the service. Needless to say I will find another place because I feel they should've honored the old price initially quoted to me. My friend who had the consult will also not be using this establishment.

I had my first session of laser tattoo removal done by Ren after showing up a little late i was still welcomed with happy faces and positive attitudes at the front desk also ren was very respectful straight forward and knowledgeable to any questions or concerns i had during the process will continue doing business!

Carla did my botox and it is the most natural look I've ever had. I absolutely love it! Very grateful for her skill and professionalism!

I had botox and fillers done there. I had never had this type of service done before. Everyone was great. Very professional, and knowledgeable. They explain to me the process, step by step on what they are doing. I would definitely go back again!

I've gotten lip fillers before at various places but Ally gave me by far the best experience. Personally, lip fillers are the most uncomfortable but with Ally it felt super quick and painless and of course I'm loving my results. I'm also getting my laser hair removal done at this spot and I'm getting an amazing outcome. Everybody in this office is just so bubbly and it aspires you to trust them and feel confident throughout your procedures.

I've been going here for tattoo removal over the last few months, on my third session! It's going great they have my settings saved and have been documenting my process since the beginning with photos. Everyone there is nice & their prices are good.

Before coming to Advanced Laser and Skin, I had never had laser hair removal or aesthetic injections. The technicians and nurses working there are amazing at what they do! They are caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. They're the best in the greater Tacoma/Olympia area and I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for laser/medical aesthetic services.
