I honestly don't see how she gets or keeps any business as it is impossible to get ahold of her. When I first started looking for an electrologist, I called Choice Electrolysis first, on several different days and never received a return call. Even left a voice message. I'm pretty sure I did a review before which suddenly I can't find anymore. Shortly after doing that review, she texted me, 10pm on a Monday, saying that she had been planning to give me a call back by that Friday. Well, Friday afternoon she called and by that time I had found someone that I was planning to go with.
After that appointment, I decided that I also wanted to try someone else just to compare technique and speed. So I gave Choice Electrolysis a call back. That was over a week ago that I left a voice message and I have yet to hear back from her. Also, I'm not sure what Google is doing because I'm pretty sure that I left a review previously. My review was my honest experience with this business.
If Google agreed to erase my review or allows businesses to do so, then I have to wonder how many other negative reviews that Choice Electrolysis (and any other business) has had removed.
