I had the worst experience working with Kim Williams. I've been going to Allura for chemical peels for almost a year and this was the first time Kim Williams did my peel. She was so rough and she did not take her time at all. After I mentioned she was rough she became rude! She didn't even bother to follow up with me after the peel. These peels are not cheap at all and I feel like I really wasted my money when Kim Williams did my peel. I would not recommend anyone getting anything done if Kim Williams is the staff doing it!

I've been going to Allura for several years. The staff is phenomenal! I truly feel as though I'm in very capable, caring hands with Allura. The receptionist, who knows the product lines and procedures inside-out, and really goes the extra mile to make sure that you get the most cost-effective and appropriate products/procedures. She is so organized, it's unbelievable! The aestheticians are so knowledgeable and so apparently love what they do. The team is really great. They have kept me feeling young and at my best!
