After a previously terrible experience with laser hair removal at a different business, I decided to give it another try at Associates in Electrology. I have been going here for about three years now. I cannot rave about this business enough. They are detail-oriented, open to feedback, and always put their client's needs first when going through the process.

I love this business so much that I continue to drive 1.5 hours there and back for my appointments. They truly make the three hour drive worth it. I am extremely happy with the results and I am not even finished yet. Not to mention how friendly and welcoming the staff is. If you are in the Greater Providence area I highly recommend Associated in Electrology & Advanced Laser Therapy. After a bad experience elsewhere, I assure you this business is worth the time and money.

I am very impressed with the service, cleanliness, quality, professionalism, and most importantly consultation. Initially, I was very reluctant to get the laser done. However, Deb has made the process very efficient and effective with the expertise she offered! My redness was gone within days and hairs started falling off in weeks. You could see 60-80 percent hairs falling out after fourth or fifth treatment. I would definitely recommend laser hair removal service.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I came here months ago for a consultation, booked my first appt, and haven't looked back since! Debbie is very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual with appt time, and makes you feel comfortable! Not to mention, her office is very clean and has been taking extra precautions during this pandemic. I also appreciate that she doesn't try and sell you expensive packages that expire after a few weeks.

I'm amazed at how well she KNOWS how to space out appts, it's like she has it down to a science! The results I've seen in just a few months have amazed me beyond belief. If you've been thinking about starting your hair removal journey, do yourself a huge favor and book your appt with Debbie, you'll be so happy you did! I'm so grateful to have found this place b/c these results have been so life changing for me!

Beyond impressed with all aspects of treatment! The office is VERY clean and frankly, they're taking more Covid precautions than my PCP so I feel very safe! I had 70-80% hair loss after the first treatment and my husband often remarked on it! No more shaving every day like I used to - now I wait 2-3 days and am excited to finish up all treatments in another year or so and never shave that area again!

I'm happy to report that it hurts much less after the first one, too, as Deb said it would be! And I only felt a sunburn feeling after the first treatment, after the second I was fine within the hour! I'm excited to save up for other treatments on other parts of my body - it is so, SO worth it! Looking forward to returning and I highly recommend this wonderful place!

I have received five laser hair removal treatments on my face over the past year+ with Deb and I could not rave more about my experience here! As many other women who seek out laser hair removal, I have PCOS and have suffered with extreme unwanted facial hair since puberty ~ I can honestly say having these treatments has changed my life for the better and given me a freedom that I never dreamed was possible!

I'm lucky that I am a good candidate for the technology of the laser hair removal (pale skin tone, dark hair) - I cannot comment on the electrology services offered here but from my experience I would have full confidence in Deb & staff to assess your personal situation with great care and expertise. The only regret I have is not starting the laser hair removal process sooner in life than I did!

I would HIGHLY recommend Associates in Electrology & Advanced Laser Therapy! I just completed my second laser hair removal treatment on my face, and I am extremely pleased! The results were noticeable after my first treatment. I didn't see it right away. It took three weeks before I could see that the treatment worked! I can, honestly, say that I believe 50% of the hair was gone after my first visit. It's fast and easy! The office is clean, with friendly staff and Debra makes you feel very comfortable. Two thumbs up & 5 stars for sure!

Deb is great and so are the receptionists. Deb explained in great detail the results I could expect with laser hair removal, including the importance of duration between my future visits. I've had 2 treatments so far on my back, upper arms and neck and I'm very pleased with the results. Deb is very skilled, trained and knowledgeable. The cost may seem expensive at first however her laser is so powerful and 'state of the art' that you actually save money by having less visits and still getting maximum long term hair removal.

I def recommend this place to anyone that is serious about getting laser hair removal under the supervision of a seasoned train professional like Debbie. I look forward to summer this year without having to worry about waxing

I totally love, love, LOVE not having to shave any more - my treated areas are super silky and hair free. Deb and her staff are so professional and polite - customer service is very high on their list. Deb was very thorough in explaining the overall process and number of treatments that I would need. If you've thought about giving yourself the gift of laser hair removal this is definitely the place to go. You won't be disappointed!
