So far my experience has been great! All of the staff are very polite and the facility is very clean. Adriana does my massages and her hands are very delicate! She's very sweet and she makes sure she's not hurting you when doing the massages. I can't stress enough how much I enjoy getting my massages done by her angel's hands. Apart from giving you the massages, she also gives you advice and vital information regarding post op care which I find very helpful. She will treat you very kindly!

Absolutely a gem! From the minute I walked in until the end of my post-surgery massage it was amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly. The place is very clean and organized. I had the pleasure of having my massage sessions with Marta. She showed interest in getting to know information needed for a more pleasant and great results. Throughout the massage sessions she demonstrated that she was highly experienced in that field.

This place is the best. I had a facial done by Consulo. It was the best facial I have ever gotten. She made me feel so relaxed and my skin felt and looked so much better after the facial. I definitely recommend this place. They are very clean and professional. I love this place! Can't wait to come back. I recommend you to come here for anything you need done to your body they do awesome messages and I love the cellulite removal, You will definitely love the results you get from this place!

Spa is aesthetically welcoming and clean, the staff is professional and accommodating. Monica's pedicure and manicure is fantastic! She is very clean and ensures you are well taken care of. Wholeheartedly, Monica has done a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my visit to the Spa and will be returning regularly. This is the place I have been looking for.

Bodies and Faces Day Spa was a great relaxing birthday gift! I got a lovely massage with Consuelo and facial with Eliana. Both are very sweet an professional in their craft. They had great saunas and gave wonderful attentive service! They offer so many great services. Definitely recommend coming here!

100% recommended. This place is super clean, staff is super professional and accommodating. Booked a full day experience on the same day (they're super flexible) including massage, facial, full body scrub, wet and dry sauna, manicure and pedicure and a delicious lunch is also included for an amazing price. Had Paula as my massage therapist who also did my full body scrub, she's amazing, lovely personality and makes you feel very comfortable. Had Adriana for my facial, she was awesome as well and recommended I do the scrub and I'm GLAD I listened to her. Had mani and pedi done by Monica, very pleasant and friendly. Super happy with my experience, definitely coming back soon.

For my first experience with my facial I can honestly say I will be back. The customer service is excellent and the place is clean and comfortable. Karen was so gentle and explained everything to me! I would definitely recommend Karen to everyone I know!

Oday was my first time visiting Bodies&Faces. The spa is extremely clean. The entire staff are all so kind and very welcoming. They helped me in understanding what was best for my skin. I did an acne facial with Paula she was so sweet and very professional will be back here soon

Beware, made an appointment for my wife, was told i needed a deposit of $25 to make sure she makes it to her appointment. she cancelled 1 week in advance and was told that they were not going to reimburse the deposit, we were never told that the deposit was not refundable, in the process of disputing with credit card company now.

My best friend and I booked a relaxing spa pedicure at Bodies and faces day spa, and the service we received was great. The staff was very friendly, and Monica and Marcela who serviced us did a fantastic job, and the facility was very clean and relaxing. We will definitely be returning. Can't wait!

Today I came into Bodies and Faces spa to redeem by gift card for a much needed therapeutic massage. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by both receptionist, although they were busy handling phone calls. Once a receptionist became available they immediately began to attend to me, reviewing my services for the day and politely asking me to fill out the paperwork as a first time visitor, and wait as my masseuse became available. Sylvia was the masseuse who would be giving me my massage.

She greeted me with a genuine and welcoming smile and hello. She instructed me promptly upon entering the room on what to do. As she gave me the massage she was attentive, focused, and precise. She listened when I asked for more or less pressure as well as areas of focus. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the massage. Sylvia was amazing and I will definitely be back to receive and enjoy another massage given by her gifted hands.

I came here for a classic pedicure. Their "basic" style pedicures are Not Basic at all. They included a hot stone food massage along with a paraffin treatment. Marcela was so careful and gentle with my feet since she knows I suffer from ingrown toe nails. Thank you so much Marcela!

The service by Marcela was amazing! She was very attentive to detail and care. She explains everything and is very welcoming. I loved how nice my nails came out!

Came here once in August to try it out and Martha did the vacuum RF and Butt lift which I noticed a difference after my first session. She explained everything to me and gave great advice. I decided to come back 2 months later with my family and we all love it. I brought a package and do additional services and I love how professional they are and good at communication.

I have had sessions done by Martha, Jenny and Claudia. They are all good in their own ways and I love how I can trust them all. I would definitely recommend coming here and their prices are very affordable.

This day spa is awesome! They have so many services and the best estheticians. Eliana gave me a gentlemen's facial it helped with my blackheads and razor bumps on my neck. She was very nice and walked me through everything. The space is very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to bodies and faces since 2016 (maybe even 2015). I have only experienced excellent service and professionalism. Consuelo has been taking care of my skin since my very first facial and my skin has dramatically improved. She is knowledgeable on skincare and is truly an expert at everything she does. From massages to body sculpting I have tried multiple services and have never been disappointed.

I went for a couple spa day. Service was great. Gloria, lina and consuelo were amazing. i'm definitely recommend this place. Prices are good and the service is great.

I've been coming here for about a year now and realized I never wrote a review yet. This place is really calm and relaxing and the prices are really affordable. I got a facial and couples massage with my husband. The facial was super relaxing and calming and just what I needed as well as the massage. They always give the best! The front desk is always very accommodating as well and really make you feel welcome.

Words can't say enough how well I was treated and the quality of service at bodies and faces spa. Was welcomed by the owner Carolina Rodriguez who's professionalism and passion were abundant. I had a facial treatment as well as a massage and can honestly say I will be returning often. For a surprise I had my daughters nails done and they were all smiles and were treated like princesses. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This place is a sham! Spent a penny on a facial and massage that were sub par. The facial was awful with cold towels and she scraped my with the dermabrasion dry!? The massage was like getting rubbed with baby oil. Only the girl at the desk spoke English. I don't plan on ever going back.

I received a phone call from the owner and she apologize for the service I received. She offered a refund or another massage from someone else. I accepted the massage as she was very understanding of my situation. I also think everyone deserves a second chance.

I didn't receive the relaxing experience it should have been and I won't be returning.

I have been a customer of this place for over 5 yrs having had my eyebrows tattooed there in the past. However my experience as of lately has been horrible. Do not waste your time, there other places you can go for permanent makeup that are actually professional. Firstly it took several attempts over the course of 2 months to get an appointment. They were either on vacation, or just not returning voicemails.

Even the day I finally reached them for an appointment I had to call back three times as their receptionist was apparently late. Ultimately my appointed was scheduled for Saturday 6/10 at 6pm. As told I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and waited for about 25 minutes to be told that they were running behind schedule and that it would another 30 minutes before I would be seen. I expressed my displeasure to the owner and ultimately left as I am not accustomed to nor tolerable of unprofessionalism. I will not spend another time at the place.

Love this spa. My mom has been going to her since she only had a tiny space in Elizabeth. They are extremely professional and make you feel at ease since you walk in the door. They offer all types of services from hair, nails, laser, massages, and the list goes on. Only con is the parking because it is on a busy street.

First time here and probably won't be the last. I had received a massage and body scrub. I thought the place was nice and clean and that staff very nice. There was a language barrier between me and my masseuse but we managed to communicate just fine when she need to give me direction. I started off with a massage that left me half asleep and just about drooling.

I thought the pressure applied was good but when she ran across my shoulder blades that was a bit painful. Once i tensed up she got the hint and changed the pressure. The scrub was heavenly and I felt refreshed for days after, my skin even feels softer.

The decor is nice. I went there for a regular pedicure and I received better pedicures elsewhere. Everything went well until the attendant soaked my feet. She didn't put on the water jets. Other places I went to for a regular pedicure, they put the spa jets on while my feet were soaking. That day I went to Bodies and Faces, my feet needed some pampering and I didn't get it. Also, I just read that the co-owner was recently arrested for sexual assault while performing a massage. This isn't good for business. Maybe they'll regroup. However, I won't go back.
