I have never been to the Dermatologist before. I went in to have a wart and some skin tags removed. It felt very comfortable and informed with Dr. Greeson and his assistant Yvonne. He explained everything, listened to my concerns, and provided advice. He also did a body check for melanoma and recommended the best treatment cream on Amazon for my cracked heels. I was treated with kindness and respect. I felt it was far and above how I've been treated by other doctors.

Dr. Zhu is very professional but very cordial and caring at the same time. The nurses that assist her - Kristin yesterday - are also very personable and concerned. My most recent visit, like most visits with Dr. Zhu, went very well and I received the information and help that I needed in a caring and professional manner.

I have had skin problems over the years and recently moved to Nashville. Knowing I need to establish a partnership with a dermatologist, I was referred to Brentwood Dermatology. I felt the doctor that saw me with two students in tow was not attentive, or thorough as she did not take more than a couple of minutes to determine that "everything looks good ". Overall, I'm frustrated with the healthcare in Nashville. I'm close to 60 and do not take any prescriptions and not a frequent flyer when it comes to healthcare.

When I do go, I want to feel the subject matter experts are passionate and good at what they do. Always hopeful, they would give me the same care they would expect for themselves or a loved family member.

Brentwood Dermatology was great! I needed an appointment ASAP. I was able to schedule an appointment online on a Saturday and was seen the following Monday. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming as well!

Update. The practice called and will accomodate an appointment at a more reasonable time. Went out of their way to try to help, after I had verbalized my issues with the nurse. The NP, Sarah, was very nice and did my fills as I wanted. The problem, the remaining fill in the syringe is only good for 2 weeks. Since this is the holiday season there was a lack of accomodating appointments for the follow-up because Sarah is out of town.

Only Dr. Zhu is available for the follow-up and she will only see you first or last appointment of the day. Since first were filled, my option was last. Rmember, this is the near New Year's and people do have plans. I will see Sarah when she returns, just to let her see results, but I doubt I will ever go back for fills or any other service. Very disappointing. Had I known this would be the case, I smply would have waited until after the holidays. Not good planning on their part, not good communication with patients, and no contingency for holiday and seasonal plans of patients.

Wonderful practice. Dr. Zu is the absolute best! I have seen her for years and looking very forward to micro needling treatment, which she performs herself. Dr. Zu is very kind, patient and never makes you feel rushed.

I had an appointment for today that was made a little over a week ago by speaking to the front desk. I told them who my insurance with with. She said ok. Sent me forms to fill out thru text and to download my insurance card and drivers license. Did all that, mind you last week. Had to adjust my schedule for the appointment. Came in today and was told they don't accept my insurance! Where were you a week ago?! Why wasn't I contacted? Very sloppy business practice. Nothing like waiting to the last minute. This really sucks. Bad business.

I have been a patient of Dr. David Greeson at Dermatology of Athens in Athens Georgia for over 15 years. Athens loss is Brentwood's gain. I cannot think of a more professional, caring, knowledgeable and competent physician. On top of that, he is simply a good guy. Brentwood is fortunate to have him.

I have been going to Brentwood Dermatology for years and had always been happy with them, particularly Sarah Hill, but had not been for a couple of years until yesterday. I was skeptical based on the reviews posted here but made an appointment and went in. They were very professional, courteous and thorough and I couldn't be more pleased. There was literally not a thing I would change, including Dr. Greeson.

He has been practicing for many years and just moved to Nashville from a 20+ year practice in Athens, Ga. I felt totally at ease with him and he was compassion and thoughtful and very professional.

Terrible would be more like it. What were the motivations of this group to even practice medicine. Oh, duh. MONEY. STAY AWAY. THEY SUCK.

Dr. Sarah Hill was awesome! We had to do a biopsy on the spot and it was painless. I was nervous and she explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. Very happy with my visit. My wife, on the other hand, had a rushed experience with Dr. Rophwarg and wasn't happy with the experience. But Sarah Hill was really great.

The front office has serious communication issues with the doctors and nurses. I struggled for months getting a prescription corrected with a specialist pharmacy and now have made 3 different calls for a rheumatologist referral that the doctor recommended, still no luck. The care was fine and I'm typically very understanding but would not recommend.

Saw the NP for a rash on my face, and she prescribed a steroid that makes it go away, but it comes back immediately after I stop using it. They said not to use it more than 2 weeks, but then I have a rash on my face again that's worse than when it started! When I called to ask what I should do, they basically told me to deal with it. Randomly, the exact same thing just happened to my mom!

Same NP, similar rash, same exact medicine, same ineffective results. Luckily, I found a similar rash online and some folks recommended a natural skin cream. It has gone away quickly. I wish I had done that in the first place rather than spend the money and time at Brentwood Dermatology!

Consumer beware! I went in to have 3 skin tags removed, and a place on my face frozen. I am not sure where the Doctor was that I had seen in the past, but a got someone new. My regular doctor would remove tags and freeze blemishes for one price I when I left. So as before, I paid for the procedure when I left because I was told my insurance wouldn't pay for it.

A couple of weeks later, I get another bill from my insurance company. Called for an explanation, but really didn't get anything other than so sorry, we will do better next time. Sorry, no next time for me.

The doctors at this office are not very friendly. Maybe they only want to do cosmetic procedures. They mis-diagnosed my issue twice. It actually seemed pretty simple once they figured it out. Sarah, the NP is pretty nice. I loved Lisa, the person that did their facial's, but they let her go, when they got bought out. I would find another spot, if I were you.

I have seen Sarah Hill at Brentwood Dermatology over the last several years for my eczema (as well as treating my son's eczema.) She is kind, compassionate and very attentive. She not only examines my skin, but listens to my concerns, provides advice as to simple changes I can make to reduce the frequency and severity of the flare-ups, prescribes the right medicine, helps me determine the correct OTC cream to use in between, and squeezes me into her schedule when really severe outbreaks occur. I live 40 minutes away. I know there are closer dermatology offices. I will always make the drive for her care.

Dr. McDaniel is great. Sarah Hill may have been the worst healthcare professional I have ever encountered. She provided me with no feedback, terrible bedside manners, pushy with medications, did not provide any instructions for care.

The location is convenient and the office space comfortable. Unlike some offices, it's possible to get an appointment in this decade. The staff is professional at all levels. I've seen the physician (Dr. McDonald) on each visit. He's thorough, and personable, which can be a rarity. I find him to be up-to date on treatment options and involved in treatment, not dictating it. All I ask is that you go somewhere else so I can keep getting appointments when needed.

My experience here was nothing but pleasant, the receptionist at the door was super nice the office only had one other person in it, and the doctor and the nurse or totally fine. The nurse was fantastic great personality fun to talk to the doctor was a little more stiff, but she is a doctor. I would definitely return. But I'll wait till the bill comes before I make that decision.

I brought my 15 year old daughter here and were seen by Dr. Sara Hill. Dr. Hill recommended a drug that I had a known interaction with that caused me anaphylaxis years ago. I know for a fact that the drug is very powerful and used for extreme cases. I mentioned that I didn't think that would be a good idea and could there possibly be another solution.

She turned to my daughter and said "well I guess I could prescribe something topical and if that doesn't work, then I could put you on that drug and let your mother sit there and watch you turn blue". I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT SHE JUST SAID! I was so appalled. I was speechless and should have said something! We left and never came back. I do not recommend this dermatologist.
