One of their nurse practitioners prescribed me antibiotics for a UTI that I wasn't even having symptoms for. I let her know that I had just been on 2 rounds of antibiotics, wasn't having any UTI symptoms and asked her if I really needed to take them or if there was any alternative. She condescendingly told me I'd be going against doctor recommendations if I didn't.

I got c diff shortly after "following her recommendations" and have had to live with this infection for months. She ought to go back to nursing school; her irresponsible prescription cost me my health.

I had a very positive experience at camelback Womens Health. This was the first time I was seen by NP instead of a Dr., but Reema Julani was warm, kind and comforting. Something, it seems, the Drs don't often have time for these days. Also it was convenient to have my mammogram appointment at the same office. Mammogram appointments usually are unpleasant at best, but again I was lucky to have a technician who made the experience as pleasant as it could be.

The front staff are wonderful and are kind. On the other hand the doctor I will not longer be seeing is rude and very passive aggressive. I felt I was being worked on like a car instead of a human being. This doctor is very clinical and doesn't know how to communicate and build a connection. I felt judged and poorly treated. When I had asked questions it felt like I wasnt being heard, I tend to wonder on the internet like most new moms to be do and understandably its not always reliable but i like to do my research and make sure I seek out anything I may want to discuss with the doctor but given how I was treated.

It had felt like because I was on the younger side and I had some how offended or maybe made the doctor look at me stupidity and not to mention is a much older doctor who may or may not be stuck on the old ways or old view points on pregnancy. It just overalls wasn't a great experience. She very passive aggressive and very snappy and had made comments that made me very upset.

Not to mention she not good a giving direction like if I need to lay down she starts doing her thing and is standing there waiting for you to lay down without asking or explaining what she needs me to do. Overall i do not recommend this Doctor (Erin O'Sullivan) unless you wanted to be treat like your on a auto shop and are willing to let them do whatever.

I hope this is helpful for some people who are looking for a more connection with there pregnancy because I did not certainly feel this way there. I just don't wanna be only seen i want to be heard as well.

Billing is a nightmare. Rude and Unresponsive. My insurance agent called them and said that I will be better off filing an appeal with the insurance rather then dealing with this office as they are the least cooperative department she has ever encountered.

I had an absolutely traumatic IUD removal here. The gynecologist was rude and dismissive, I was never offered general anesthesia even after it was clear the IUD was caught of something and I was screaming in pain. This place owes me some therapy sessions. Also they have ads for weight loss and Botox everywhere which seems predatory to women in an already vulnerable environment. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

- Greeted by friendly receptionist - Was happy to have an immediate response from their scheduling team so that I could be seen right away. Other offices had about a week+ wait list. - Wait time in the lobby was about average. Did not run over on time. - Did not have to wait long to be seen by my NP once in the room - NP Jen had great bedside manners, answered all of my questions and made be feel reassured. Did not feel rushed. She took her time to review my history and was very kind. - Happy to go back for future business.

They are all so helpful and understanding. I have hard pregnancies and they are on top of everything. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait to see someone for your appointment but, it's because they don't just get everyone in and out. They really listen and take your concerns seriously. Holly Pela, O'Sullivan are amazing. Their assistant Susan works so hard and is fantastic. Thank your for taking care of me! I am so glad I am a patient.

I've been a patient of Dr. O'Sullivan for over 20 years. She delivered my son Nathan on 1/1/1998 and has continued to be my doctor for all of my gynecological needs. Dr. O'Sullivan has always been there to guide me through every obstacle I've encountered. She has provided all the proper information I needed to make an informed decision related to my gynecology care.

When I encounter family members or friends looking for an ob-gyn doctor, there is no hesitation to refer Dr. O'Sullivan. I will continue to refer family and friends to Camelback Women's Health to see Dr. O'Sullivan.

NP Pela is wonderful! What a great asset to your practice. Becky was great during my ultrasound. Her care before, during, and after made me less nervous in a what could have been an anxious experience. Keep up the great work, all!

Had a great experience getting filler and botox with the fabulous Toni B. She had great recommendations was kind and professional. Her technique was flawless. I had zero bruising which has never happened before. I'll definitely be seeing Toni again! Thank you for an amazing experience.

All the staff at camelback woman's health care are absolutely friendly and amazing. I've been a patient of Dr Nelson for 3 years now and I keep going back each year for my well checks and prenatal care. He is very knowledgeable, caring and makes you feel welcomed.

Really great doctors but the appointment times are more suggestive than legitimate. This is our third consecutive time of having to wait over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. The waiting room is typically full between 9 and 11 AM. If you are pressed for time schedule your appointments between 12 PM and 2 PM as that is when it seems to die down a bit.

Great staff but a little inconsiderate of whoever does the scheduling to cram that many appointments in such small time windows, and based of the multiple negative reviews for the same problems I think the practice would benefit from a little more consideration to peoples time, or at the very least honoring scheduled times. I understand wanting to maximize profits but people don't have a choice to leave or cancel these things, at a certain point you are taking advantage of natural obligations to ones healthy. That being said it's worth it for the wait because they genuinely take care of you and answer all the questions when you can be seen.

No sense of urgency! Awful customer service! Just moved to AZ from WI and tried to choose Camelback as my OB. Was 31 weeks the First time I called. they told me they need my insurance info to be able to schedule an app. Being on a new plan I didn't have that yet but knew they were in network. But they still refused. So I called back when I got it a week later.

Then they said they need me to call my old doc in WI and have them send over my medical records. They refused to request the info from my old doctor themselves. So fine I did that, said they would call me when they got my records. They didn't call. Icalled back and asked if they got them and they did but NOW I need to pick a doctor so they can send my records to them for review to make sure I'm within their "scope of care" then they would call to make the app.

Three days later no call so I called when they opened. They said they would have Dr nelson med. Assistant call me as soon as she got in. 8 hours later no call yet again. Called back and she was busy so another assistant said Dr nelson wouldn't be in till Monday and they'd have him look at them and call me monday. Well now it's monday, three weeks later from when I started this whole ordeal and still no one has called me. I am 34 weeks now and haven't been seen in 4 weeks thanks to them and their lack of care and urgency. Called st. josephs and had an appointment made in less than 5 minutes.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever seen, they are so unprofessional. My wife had an appointment for the ultrasound and we were late 10 minutes on our appointment and We waited for 2 weeks to get this appointment then they told us that because we are late the technician is refusing to see my wife! We told them that we will be away for two weeks and that it is really important for us to make it today even if we will wait they refused and when my wife was frustrated one of the receptionists her name is Nichol raised her voice with an ugly body language and said if you wanna talk come talk to me I'm the supervisor here and when my wife asked her not to raise her voice she was shouting that she is the supervisor in a very rude way then we asked to leave the clinic and no way that we can deal with such inhuman people like this clinic. Worth mentioning that all the times I'm on time I had to wait not less than 30 after my appointment to see the doctor!
