Dr. Steven E. Caplan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview/FSK Medical Center and received his Dermatology training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is currently serving as Chief of Dermatology for the York Hospital.

Children and their safety are very important to us! Due to the nature of many of our treatments, we request that children under the age of 13 not be permitted in the Cosmetic Center. Our younger clients receiving treatment will require a completed "Minor Consent" form and an adult present. We appreciate your consideration.
I was experiencing very bad acne and reached out to the Center for Cosmetic Dermatology to discuss their treatment options. After my initial consultation, Lana changed the skin care products I was using and we scheduled regular aesthetic peels. In the past few months, I was able to discontinue my antibiotics and have seen a huge difference.

Really had a good experience. The staff are friendly and the treatments are improving my skin. I do wish the chair/table was either flat and padded like a typical medical exam table or they would consider getting new tables that are more ergonomic. The current setup is very hard on the neck and spine and causes lingering discomfort the next few days. I am only 57 years old with no neck or back problems.

Medical mistakes happen every day with more dire consequences than my experience at CCD. The key to a good doctor is how they handle the follow up after a medical mistake, and I am writing this review so everyone knows that CCD will not own their mistakes, does not provide accurate information to the patient about the error, does not stand behind their work, does not fix the problem, blames things on the patient, and refuses to provide follow up care.
The medical mistake that occurred at CCD could have resulted in me losing my foot, as it stands I am left with a horrible disfiguring scar in a very visible area that they have refused to treat further. Don't let the fancy appearance fool you, these doctors are ill prepared to handle anything more complicated than botox injections and the management will not step in either.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value The doctors & Aesthitician's at CCD are THE BEST! I can't wait for my appointments with Lana and can't imagine my skin without my regular peeks & GOOD SKIN products now! Plus the staff is so nice & welcoming too. Clearly they are all so pretty cuz they work there!

I met with Lana, one of the estheticians. She was very honest, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. The staff was very professional and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you've been putting off looking into cosmetic procedures. don't. Go see them for a free consultation, you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!

This is the only place I trust for Botox. I always request Dr. McCullum for the last few years, I wouldn't trust going to any other place for a cheaper price. Jennifer K. did an amazing job explaining a future skincare routine for me and today I received a chemical peel. They both are so kind and very professional. The front staff is very nice and accomodating as well. If I could give 10 stars here I would! You can see they really care about their clients and their facility.
