The best place to go for filler, Botox and facials! They are all super friendly and really listen to what your goals are and I never feel like I'm being sold anything. It's always a great experience! And they put me at ease (I get anxious before anything to do with needles). I love this place!

A truly great experience! Everyone is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasant experience. I didn't know what to expect but they put me at ease and gave me a lot of great information and options. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything and I really felt like they listened to what I wanted to accomplish.

This place is an entire experience. I'm officially addicted. But in a healthy way, not in a person who doesn't know when enough is enough way lol. I couldn't afford to be an over doer anyway! Speaking of that, I'm part of a one income household so my desires for improvement always outreach my budget. Yet Dr Lisa Jenks finds ways to help me achieve what a I want at a pace I can afford.

She patiently listens to me and advises me what's best for my individual physicality every visit. It means the world to me. I've done threading, fillers and dysport. So far and plan to do pico laser. I feel so safe peaceful and well informed there. I never feel I'm paying more than I should and they offer the best of everything. Even if you just want a good esthetician and don't want anything cosmetic, this is your place. It's beautiful, pristine and clean always. The entire staff is personable and friendly. Do yourself a favor and at least book a consult. They offer body sculpting too

Excellent reception staff and even more amazing doctor. I didn't feel rushed at all and Dr. Jenks was very informative. She was also extremely personable. Awesome place.

I absolutely love this place! The facility is beautiful and the entire staff is always so friendly and professional! Dr. Jenks is amazing! She makes sure her patients fully understand any procedures or treatments and I've never had anyone try to "sell" me any additional products or services. I will, definitely, continue to go to Genesis MedSpa for all my self-care needs!

I arrived to my apt only to be followed in by a few women who had a small child bouncing around. I was fine in the waiting room, was seen by Toni a very young Esthetician for a consultation trying to support local. I told her what I was looking for while sitting across from the table not even looking at my skin as to what would really work for me.

I was very disappointed in the consultation conversation and with knowing very well known seasoned esthetician's in different states I knew she needed more experience. Just not the place for me! When leaving the young women that were there were then behind the counters in their street atire seemed more like a hangout more than a work place and a spa to boot.

I waited for pamphlets for recommendation from the esthetician in which they didn't have but 1 out of 3 for me to do my research, I just let it didn't feel welcoming at all, like I said a hangout place just felt very unprofessional. I am still hopeful about keeping it local but I would not recommend this place to my friends let alone a stranger. Wish it was better service with a more professional staff ones that actually listen to the potential customers, and more professional in taking their clients seriously about wants and needs.

Love Genesis! This has been my go to place for inventions and skin conditions. I've met quite a few of the staff and they're friendly, intelligent and kind. I never feel judged and it's definitely the only place I'll go for my MedSpa needs.

I had my first appointment for Botox at this facility with Joy today and she was fantastic! She really listened to what I was asking for, made helpful suggestions and honestly, just made my entire appointment a breeze. Bonus, I barely even felt my injections! The spa is beautiful, clean and inviting. The front desk staff is welcoming and kind. This is definitely my new home med-spa and I'll be telling anyone who will listen how highly I recommend Genesis Med Spa!

Awful. Totally unacceptable. STAY AWAY from GENESIS. Genesis staff is unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent and dishonest. I had facial treatments here, and had a severe reaction hours after the injections. The next day I had disfiguring swelling and was anxious as to the severity of my condition, thinking I might need emergency intervention.

I called the office at 9:90 AM, and then twice more. I NEVER received any call back to check on my concerns, or my condition. I had not been warned about any after effects by the doctor. Still no reply to my calls 1-2-3 days later. Nor was there a follow up call as had been promised by the doctor and was specifically listed in the take- home instructions.

I should have known this place was worrisomely unprofessional when I first got there. I was led to a treatment room by an assistant-in a white lab coat- who said we ( at GENESIS) are so excited that we will soon be offering blepheroplasty (eye lid surgery) saying words to this effect: " we love eye surgery -it's so much fun!" This assistant will recognize having made this highly inappropriate and offensive comment about a procedure with medical risk, one that requires anaesthesia, multiple sutures and significant pain to manage the period of recovery.

This disturbing comment should have led me to leave at that moment. It was an indication of the lack of the professional management man's bad attitude of the whole office. ONE MONTH LATER: Ashley the office manager called me (after my daughter complained about the unprofessional treatment I received). Since it was over a month later I was not interested in her disingenuous apology and lame excuses for the unacceptable treatment I received at GENESIS.

My appointment today was amazing. I am excited to move forward with some treatments to make me look and feel younger. Beautiful spa, friendly and professional.

The employees are wonderful! and that counts for something. But. My skin. I'm 43 and I had the co2re done to fix my tone and overall appearance. Before the treatment they look at your skin in a special machine to take notes on it--to detail all the imperfections. I think this is a great way to really understand the benefits of the treatment After you go back for your post procedure check up.

I had the co2re and my skin looked pretty bad for a long while, I had a TON of hyperpigmentation. I called and they said it would heal and they would look at it at the 6 week appointment. Well, at the appointment the woman told me that yes, I did have a lot of hyperpigmentation. She put my face in that machine, took notes, told me NOTHING about what she saw except that it was pretty bad (probably wise than when I started, but who knows--she told me nothing on pre vs. post), sold me a $100 cream to fix the $1800(ish) ddamage that had been done and that was that.

I moved away shortly after that and have spent $1000 on peels to correct the problem. It's still pretty bad. I also had a cheek and lip fillers and the lip filler migrated. I had to go in and a woman had to yank my lips around for 15 minutes to fix it. It worked ok, but I still have some lumps. No bueno! So, for the amount of money I spent I was not pleased with the results; more harm than help. BUT the ladies are very pleasant.

I got Botox and a facial here at the end of December and the service I received was incredible. Ashley did my Botox and she did such a great job without overdoing it, I am so pleased with my results. Brie did my diamond glow facial and brow wax and my skin looks/feels brand new. Front desk was also super helpful and kind!

I have taken few aesthetics classes with Dr. jenks and she was great! I had great hands on experience! Also, i had misunderstanding with front desk staff on the pricing of the cream that i was going to buy for my hyperpigmentation and Dr. jenks herself called me to clear the confusion! I had mix up on the classes and i drove from Denver on the wrong day and when they knew about the the mix up, they not only took the accountability of the mistake but also gave me a skin class that was worth $1200 for free and offered a complimentary treatment at the spa! I think they deserve more than 5 stars! I am very impressed! I am a nurse practitioner!

Critical: Quality, Value Nice clean atmosphere. Disappointed with fillers after 2 separate appointments. Uneven lips after after both appointments & smile lines needed more filler. It felt like I was talked down regarding what I actually needed to get the results I wanted. I dont want to have to go back every month to have something corrected.

Finally, someone knows how to do my lips right!. And that person who I'm talking about is Ashley! I only will go to her going forward.she recently did the reverse Russian technique on me and have received so many compliments. Went through many people until I found my gem girl! I highly recommend Ashley ladies, she has a good eye, and you won't be disappointed.

Made a booking online; when I arrived they told me the online booking made a mistake and booked me with the wrong person. Okay, then was told I "was 15 min late and couldn't be seen" anyway. Which. I immediately walked in, only 8 min late, and asked "Hey I'm so sorry, I'm 8min late." and they're like no problem. only 15 min later to be told, nope, was a problem. AFTER they gave me paperwork to fill out. Terrible service.

Genesis is a warm, welcoming place. Dr. Jenks and her staff are fantastic everytime.

Critical: Professionalism I had a very unpleasant experience with a girl whose name I will never forget Savannah, I felt hatred and contempt in how she treated me, the first time I did not care but after that there were 2,3. and I knew it was not a coincidence, I decided never to return, I hope the owners are aware of their workers who say a lot about them.

I was very nervous about my appointment at genesis. I had been referred by a friend who had very good things to say about the spa. My technician was Ashley Raines. She immediately put me at my ease and was very friendly and proffesional. She was patient with a nervous first timer like me. I didn't feel rushed at all. She explained everything to me and the experience was a fun one. I will most definitely be back to see her and I will send all my friends to her.

Called to make an appointment and got my appointment for two weeks later. Upon arrival we were greeted and taken care of right away. The staff is super friendly, the facility is super clean and beautifully decorated. All my questions were answered. They have a beautiful waiting area with complimentary drinks like coffee, water and we were offered wine.

The prices are very reasonable and the services were really quick and easy. I will definitely return soon for a facial and highly recommend to anyone looking to get anything beauty related done. Dr. Jenks was super friendly, very approachable and explained everything really well.

This med spa seems to be in it for a quick buck. Do not go here. There are plenty of other med spas with doctors who actually care about their patients and the results. I had a lump on my left thigh that made my thighs look uneven and went in for vaser lipo to have it corrected. Not only was it not corrected, it is now worse. I mentioned to Dr. Jenks on three separate occasions (including the morning of surgery) that this lump was my area of concern.

She didn't listen to my worries and instead just performed a routine lipo and was done. When I followed up after the procedure to again discuss my concerns, she acted like "oh, well" and even told me a correction to the faulty lipo would cost me even more money. This is a very shady place. Yes, the lobby looks nice but the bottom line after all is said and done is that they do not care.

Terrible. I had threads done and the results are terrible! I have lumps all over my neck and threads bulging out. I've attempted to work directly with the facility and have gotten nowhere. This place just seems to be in it for a quick buck and give zero attention to patient results. Don't waste your money on this place.

I've been going here for a few years for multiple services. As a medical professional myself, I have always been highly impressed with the entire process. All of the staff is so kind, helpful, and highly educated on the services they provide.

I will start with positive the staff has always be kind. The facility very clean. I wanted my loose skin tightened. I was recommended to get j plasma. I was told my skin would snap back because I was still young. My skin improved slightly but nothing drastically, it did not improve where I wanted it to. I believe during my consultation if there was a doubt that it wouldn't have improved it should have been said. I wasted over 3k for this procedure when I could have been recommended for a tummy tuck to get the results I wanted.

I had a great first experience here! When I called to schedule my first appointment, I already knew exactly what I wanted and was able to be seen just a couple of days later. Upon arriving, the office is VERY NICE. The ladies at the front desk were very, very friendly and accomodating! Honestly, just truly a pleasure with both the check in and check out process.

They even took time to answer several questions I had on skin care products and offer recommendations :) For my procedure, Leticia (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was wonderful. She took time to explain things to me and to really listen to my concerns and my vision. She offered recommendations that I truly appreciated as well! :) I've just moved to the Colorado Springs area, and I am certain that this will be my Med Spa from now on :)

I love doctor Lisa Jenks, I trust her completely her knowledge her professional personal aproche is wonderful and will make you feel at ease, she is the only one I trust I have severe TMJ and my pain was awful, now my pain has been relieved due to botox injections.( thank you Doctor Jenks you are the best)

I've been going to Genesis MedSpa for almost two years. I have had numerous facials, and other services. I am impressed with the staff and doctors. Professional, knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns and needs. Services have always given great results! The office often offers specials and numerous promotional, fun events! There are also discounts on SkinMedica products, and makeup. I only wish the Skin Care facial packages were more reasonable. I plan to continue with Genesis MedSpa for years to come!

I had a free consultation with Amena and it was super informative and and helpful for knowing what treatments would be most effective for my personal skin concerns. I booked a facial with her after that consultation and after the first one I can already tell a difference in my skin. Definitely recommend!

So far I have been pleased with my service here. I have some scarring on my hand and it is red in color. I am working on getting it lasered to reduce the redness. I have on my 2nd treatment and I have seen very small results but am optimistic on my next treatment. I understand the laser is not a miracle worker and it will take a few times to see results.

Cody Frie does neuro-muscular massage and he's the best therapist I've ever been to. He's very friendly, always greets you with a smile, and makes your visit so comfortable. He will customize the music for you, ask about the room and table temperature and adjust according to your preference. His technique is very thorough and effective. If you're experiencing any pain, headaches, spasms, sore muscles, etc he does a phenomenal job and will provide relief! I highly recommend him!

I love the staff. Dr Jenks really cares. She does a great job. Amena is so great I appreciate her. I highly recommend them.

This is the worst service and customer service that I have ever experienced. The staff is unprofessional, dis-courteous and inexperienced, from the providers to the office staff. I signed up for a 4 month facial membership at Genesis. After waiting for half an hour because the aesthetician was running behind, the service was sub par and of no value relative to the fees charged-$135 for a chemical peel.

When I arrived at my second appointment (that I went to simply because I had already purchased a membership for), I was told that there was a mix up with their scheduling and they would need to limit the services for the day. I didn't pay as close of attention to the poor ratings and reviews as I should have which resulted in wasted time, experience and one for which I had to pay. Extremely disappointing all seine experience.

Very disappointed in my results from my laser treatment. I felt very led on by Dr. Bode who told me we would see results with one treatment. When I expressed that I wasn't happy, they did offer a second treatment for free. I have seen absolutely no results after two treatments and they refused to refund my money when the proof is right in front of them that there has been no change in my acne scarring.

I expressed to you guys that I didn't have a lot of money and that this was a very important treatment that I was willing to do if I saw some sort of results. I have seen ZERO results in the areas I specifically asked for treatment on. Thousands of dollars out the window and they literally DO NOT CARE. I should have known because it's in the Pleasantville of Co springs that it would be nothing but money hungry people running it.

I've been coming to Genesis for several years now. I love this place, the atmosphere, the services and products they offer. I love the women that work there, they are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and personable. I participate in the skin fitness program and my skin looks amazing. I had issues with cystic ache around my jaw line. It no longer exists and I get compliments on my skin all the time!

Genesis is professional, helpful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic/spa for any skin service that you need. What a pleasant staff! Lisa is a dynamo! Doug Lampshire

I've been here a number of times; some for treatments, others for skincare products - and every time they've been amazing! Dr. Jenks is very good at what she does. Some doctors can be a little heavy handed with their fillers or botox and the results are evident (in a bad way) on the patient's face. I told Dr. Jenks how important it was for me to not have that look.

The results from her work couldn't have been better! She has just the right touch, improving things without making it look obvious. Kara Roberts, the product specialist, (i.e. the person that helps you decide which moisturizer is the best for your skin) is also wonderful to work with. She is really helpful, and always makes time to guide me in the right direction as to which skin products work best for my skin.

I never feel rushed with her, she's so sweet, and she has so much knowledge! Also want to give a shout-out to the people working at the reception - always professional and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

Came here to check the color tones and potentially buy some Glo Make up. The location and spa are beautiful and the team is awesome! Very nice and friendly and really helped me with my purchases! Their make up room is beautiful and the woman who helped me try on shades and determine my products was a big help and really made for a nice experience!
