Maybe I have been unlucky, as Gentle Touch has tons of great reviews which was what prompted me to schedule laser services here. Over the course of my services for laser on different parts of my body, I was frequently contacted to reschedule my appointments. The last straw was when I arrived for a scheduled service, waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, and never received my services at all because the client before me added on extra services. Management was always apologetic but sorry only goes so far. The location is very convenient.

Love coming here, I've been coming here for many years it's been amazing as for getting rid of body hair. I felt very comfortable, I was also informed very well informed, about what to expect which made me feel more comfortable and I'm loving the results

Decided to get my lip touched up and came here based off of a friend's recommendation. So happy that I followed up with their recommendation because the process was quick and painless. The esthetician Kristi H. was also very gentle! I will definitely come back for touch up and request her if possible! Thanks Kristi!

I Love Gentle Touch! I've been a client for over a year and my experience has always been positive. Abby was my first Tech and she was Great! I had to change the days of my appointments so I started seeing Carmen. Carmen is very very kind and helpful. Before coming to Gentle Touch I visited other lasers establishments and I never had good results.

I think that maybe the laser machines were not effective at all. However, when I started with GT & noticed the difference on my first session and now I'm 95% hairless! I absolutely recommend Gentle Touch Fifth Avenue! Thank you 1000 times Gentle Touch Team!

I first came across Gentle Touch Laser through a Living Social deal about a year and a half ago for Brazilian treatments. I have been very happy with the treatments and have also added Underarm treatments as well. I have had a few different technicians over the past year, but for the past few visits, Carmen has been my technician. She is friendly, professional and does a great job. I have been quite happy with the service and results. Location was convenient for me, nice waiting room and clean treatment rooms. I highly recommend Gentle Touch Laser.

EDIT 11/30/2016: Gentle Touch listened to their customers and the girl I mentioned below is no longer there. That being said, they were extremely attentive and made sure all issues were resolved, I am back to seeing Carmen and couldn't be happier! ---------------- I love Gentle Touch and for a few months have been coming in to see Carmen. As of recent though, they hired a new tech and shifted the schedules around, so when I came in to my regular apt. with Carmen, she was not there and a new girl was there. Now, if I had known in advance (when they called to confirm my apt) I would have rescheduled to see my regular tech. Lasering is a delicate procedure, and to be honest I am not comfortable with just any tech especially when I am a regular with a specific person.

Although the new tech wasn't bad, she was very pushy about buying more sessions and recommending I do areas which I have 0 interest in doing. This was a pretty big turn off for me, and I hope that when the girls call to verify the apt. they let me know that my usual tech. will not be in at that time with an option to reschedule. Otherwise, the machine they use is top notch, facilities are clean, and the staff is super friendly! (minus the pushy new tech aka sales rep.)

I was a regular client for a long time.until I came in last week to find out that the management has changed along with good and honest service. I came in knowing that I had 2 more sessions out of my full body package. Since I come in for touch ups I was not there since May of last year. Turned out they lost the records containing the history of my sessions and most importantly information of my settings which is highly unprofessional.

They didn't offer any alternatives or discounts, instead tried to push a full price session. I was ready to do it since I was already there, but the technician had very little knowledge about what she was doing. I had to stop her in the beginning of the treatment and leave the place. The staff assured me that the owner would get back to me in any case, but no one did. I felt scammed, which is what is was.

My cousin recommended laser hair removal as I was tired of doing Brazilian waxing and not getting the results I wanted. Saw a Living Social deal for Gentle Touch and am soo glad to have found this place! During my first session, the technician Abby helped me feel comfortable as I was quite nervous. Staff is awesome. Highly recommend!

I love the front of house staff, they are friendly, chatty, and make the entire experience feel comfortable. The laser technician is amazing, I cannot say enough GREAT things about her. I have had laser before, and the results were spotty, and all over (due to the application technique and a sub-par machine). Here, the technician Gena (hopefully I spelled that right) went about the application in a grid, so I know every last hair was zapped. Finally, as we chatted away, and was able to take breaks when I needed to, I ended the experience by thanking her for making an uncomfortable situation comfortable. Love this center - even the lobby is filled with humidified, aromatherapeutic air. Wonderfully rejuvenating. Carmen is fantastic - after two visits of laser hair removal, I've noticed significantly finer hair in treated areas, and less of it! Can't wait to finish all six treatments. The treatments are very reasonably priced as well. The best part about my experience was when Carmen took the time to review my background, reason for visit, and explain the procedure in detail to be on the same page about expectations. Thank you for such wonderfully luxurious treatment!

I was visiting some friends for a couple weeks for the holidays and they told me how amazing this place was! I wish they were in LA because this place is so much better than LA laser hair removal! Caroline did an outstanding job and made sure I was always comfortable! She is amazing!

Just started getting treatment here for my underarms since it's close to where I work. Caroline is the sweetest! Definitely try to get an appointment with her if you can. I could tell that she really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Is it weird that I'm actually looking forward to my next one?

I thoroughly enjoyed every part of my experience with Gentle Touch. I have been getting laser hair removal for 3 years and this was by far the least painful and most professional experience I have had. The staff are lovely and the place is really clean and presentable. Would highly recommend it.

It was my first time getting the treatment and I have to admit that I was extremely nervous. Within 30 seconds of the consult and then the subsequent treatment, the staff put me at ease and made me feel like I belonged. The staff is highly professional and personable. Love this med spa so much! Abby is amazing. The best laser tech in the city, she is so efficient and always makes me feel comfortable. Also, the lasers here make a HUGE difference. I've been to several other med spas in the city for hair removal over the past few years and never really saw a difference, I only wasted a ton of money. But at Gentle Touch they have quality lasers. I've only had a few sessions and my hair barely grows back and it's a much softer texture. Abby is so honest, she doesn't try to sell me products I don't need and won't even laser on areas where my skin is too tan because it will burn and not be effective.

The Brazilian is so worth it, I feel great not having to shave and my skin is so soft. My man loves it too. I just booked him an appt to see Miss Abigail next week for some man scaping!;

I've been here since the beginning of this year 2015. Totally love this place. Friendly and professional staffs! One of the reasons why i recommend this place is because they explain everything well. Also they make things easy and quick! Also it is not hurting that much because they treat you in the cool room and use cool fan while treatment so that you do not feel much pain. I have been coming to Gentle Touch Laser for years now and absolutely love it. The staff is extremely friendly, the environment is very sterile and pain is definitely minimized but the treatment is still effective. I personally go to Cristina and I think she is fabulous! Highly recommend.

Just wanted to add a few words. I have not realized how wonderful the equipment is. Gentle touch uses the best lasers there are. I went out to check out another place and ouch! Pain and heat. I am never leaving gentle touch again. I love the cold air streaming during the treatment. Makes it so much, much more bearable. Huge difference!

I've gone to Gentle Touch Laser in the past via a Groupon and was very satisfied with lots of hair reduction on my underarms. Then, I tried another place with a coupon as well, and have to say that after several treatments with the other place, I didn't notice any hair reduction the way I had with Gentle Touch. Some places don't have very effective lasers but you are still pay a lot for their services. I am happy to be back on track with Gentle Touch and look forward to great results. The staff are professional, courteous and the place is clean.

Overall, I have had great results with the laser sessions that I have received from Gentle Touch. I started getting regular laser sessions with them a few years ago and the areas I treated are now practically hair free. There is occasionally some very light growth, but that is only to be expected. They do not promise complete removal, but reduction of growth.

I am extremely happy with results and I consider this to have been one of my best investments. I love not having to shave at all for weeks at a time. I will say that my treatment was probably very successful because I have very dark hair and light skin, which tends to be the best combination for the laser's ability to target the hair follicles. I recommend Gentle Touch wholeheartedly. While they can get very booked up when they run their Groupon specials, I have not had too much of a problem getting an appointment when I need one.

The staff at Gentle Touch Laser center is phenomenal. They are not only professional, but they're very friendly as well. While undergoing my laser treatments, my technician makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Their schedule is very organized and they always make sure to notify me when I have an upcoming appointment. I would definitely suggest going here and getting rid of your hair problems. After even my first session, I was already noticing results! There are no words to describe how thrilled I am with the services they have provided.

I love my experience with Gentle Touch Laser. After my third treatment I noticed 80% reduction in hair growth. Friendly staff and appointment time is flexible. I had to cancel my latest appointment last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances but they understood and gave me an option to come later in the day to makeup for that appointment which was great because I thought I missed my 4th session. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have had nothing but good experiences here! I bought a Groupon package on a friends recommendation and continue to buy single sessions for touch-ups because the results have been so good. The technicians made me feel very comfortable and the laser is, in fact, gentle! (Well, as gentle as a laser zapping your hair follicles can be.) I was surprised to read bad reviews of the receptionist, the girl there now is fantastic.
