I had seen all the bad reviews of this office but it's near my work so I thought I'd try it myself. I went there back in 2018, and my bill was sent to the wrong address. Office claimed they did not have a way to reach me (which is hard to believe after filling out all the new patient paperwork) and sent my bill to collections with the wrong number as well - to my mother.
Once I was aware (by my mother - so weird and unprofessional), bill was immediately paid. I have no idea why they would use an emergency contact number and just shows how disorganized this office is. Between the doctor herself and the follow up, very poor experience.

Went to Bettye O spa for a facial was referred by the staff member who did my facial. Staff is unprofessional and very rude. The dermatologist did not even examine my skin to determine what products would work for me. She went straight to her computer to see what my insurance was and to see what products my insurance will and will not take. Waste of time and money. Never again.

Came to Dr. For some hair issues, she was recommended to me by a family member. I had previously visited another Dr. who could not figure out what the problem was, or was just not as experienced in African American hair. However, Dr. H. Was able to resolve my hair issues, and she was very helpful and insightful. I recommend her to everyone!

I thought I found a perfect dermatologist, until I was sent to collections for 100.61. For a bill that I never received, I was trying to purchase something and found out that it knocked my credit score down 55 points. The receptionist that answers is very rude and unprofessional. I have an excellent credit and was just disappointed at the fact I never received the bill. I finally got it removed from my credit file.

They took wonderful care of my husband. And kept on looking for the medical reasons associated with his itching. When he was diagnosed with the shingles, Dr. Honore had him come in ASAP and gave him the medications he needed to get through his bout as painlessly as possible. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate their care!
