My skin looks so amazing after trying the perfect peel! The staff here are friendly, warm and passionate about what they do. I have traveled all over and been to medical spas in Arizona, Las Vegas, LA, Oakland and Oregon. I am beyond satisfied with the results I have experienced here and will be back very soon. I'm already scheduling my next appointment.

My hyperpigmentation and PIH was so stubborn, but these peels have been pivotal in my skincare improving. I highly recommend working with Kelly if you get the chance! She made the process super easy for me and explained each step as she did the peel. Thank you to all staff and try them out especially if you're new to the medical spa or on the fence of trying a new place!

The staff is always professional. The appointment desk is always accommodating. They carry great products. A full service medspa with knowledgeable techs

New staff. rude and inconsiderate of a long time customer for over 10 years never going back procedure was great. Front staff needs work. Sad to go but not dealing with that. rather find another place and prices are a bit much but I was ok with it oh well not gonna deal with all that.

This review is for Heather and Mel! Heather did my chin filler and I absolutely love it! It definitely enhanced my facial features/profile. A subtle look that made a HUGE difference! Heather was great from start to finish. Mel recommended a chemical peel and Hydrafacial treatment plan and I LOVE the results. The chemical peel brightened up my skin and improved my acne.

Then 2 weeks later, she did a Hydrafacial. And 1-week post, my skin is still GLOWING! Thank you ladies for my treatments! I've been an Epi center customer for a while and found Jasmine wonderful! She was caring, knowledgeable and overall amazing! During all of my appointments she made sure I was comfortable, explained thoroughly about the treatments, suggested post care instructions and really made sure I was well taken care of. Epi is a beautiful Medical Spa, all of the staff is friendly, and my treatment provider Maria was extremely well versed on all of the service that I inquired about: I ended up going with PRF under eye injections for my dark circles, and so far I'm loving the results! I can't wait to come back!

I requested a hydrafacial and was charged 30% more without explanation and they pretended they would do something and no one has called or refunded me. When the lady came in to work on me, she explained the "extras" like extra facial steps to charge me more. I said no thank you, it was expensive for what they're doing and I'd rather go to Korea or Los Angeles to get better stuff for a better price.

Then she was doing my face for dermabrasion, and she asked if I wanted my neck and chest done. I said "sure." She hardly did anything on my neck and chest and I was charged 100 extra dollars at the end of the appointment. It went from $200 to $300+ for a facial. She never told me it was an extra charge for more coverage. I told the desk woman about it.

She said she can't do anything and will talk to a manager about it. No manager has called me. I understand they're trying to fit in as many clients as possible for money but this seems like sleazy practice. I get facials at many different medical and hotel spas as I travel for work. It's not about money - it's about service. They should be clear without trying to skip in charges. There is a nice woman who works the phone who has been here 16 years though.

Had a treatment with Maria Wong yesterday and wow, am I impressed! No bruising. Filled perfectly! So natural. She used Restylane Refyne, which is so smooth. No one has been able to fill the marionette area where I have the "dents" and she did it beautifully! Waiting for the Dysport to kick in!

Jasmine is so awesome! All of the staff is really great but Jasmine is my nurse, and of course my favorite as she is who is the one who provides the services I go in for. I appreciate her insight and guidance as I'm trying to decide on things to do to achieve my goals and she does so in a way that you know she has your best interest in mind.

I came in recently for an IPL photofacial after having spent too much time looking at myself on the computer screen during zoom calls! I feel like the high definition camera up in my face all day really makes me want to freshen my appearance. Kristine conducted the treatment and the whole experience was great. Very little discomfort and she kept me at ease the whole time.

The spa was really clean, comfortable, and modern. Everyone was very attentive and professional. Already I can see the coloration around my eyes, nose, and forehead being more even. I like what I see on that camera! Clearer, fresher skin is the new professional dress in the remote work world.

The best cool sculpting in San Francisco. I've recently had my cool sculpting done and I couldn't be happier. What a great procedure to smooth unwanted lumps and bumps and look better in clothing. Cool sculpting is the way to go! I was so comfortable during the treatment I was watching Netflix and was able to take a nap. Five star service.

Can't say enough about this place and the staff.,, Always so professional and to say I was happy with the results was a understatement., I made a appointment because I was feeling like I needed "something " done to face. the pandemic played havoc on my health and looks. I made a appt with Minela. I actually let her look at me and decide(she is gorgeous and had a artistic eye).

I had never had my cheeks done and she suggested the cheeks because I had lost some weight. She did a incredible job and it was exactly what I needed done without looking like a pillow face. I'm not big into filler, just here/there once a year. I couldn't believe what a difference it made. Minela was professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and was conservative.

Sketchy practices, no real medical supervision. I have been a customer of Epi Center for several years. I've had some good experiences with things like Botox and laser hair removal and no real complaints until now. I had an adverse reaction to CoolSculpting and, recently, I called them to report it. When I left a message about the issue, I was clear to state that I was not trying to blame them or be adversarial, I just wanted to get to the root of what happened medically so I could fix it.

Someone called me back the next day and her response really sketched me out. For one, she said the issue was so very rare that I almost certainly did not have it (that is patently not true, as studies have shown the incidence is 1 in 138 people -- see article below). Secondly, she said I had been cleared medically to ensure I was a suitable candidate for CoolSculpting and would not have adverse effects.

When I told her I had no recollection of getting medical clearance, she explained that she was referring to general clearance back in 2013 for all procedures they offered -- although in 2013, they did not even offer CoolScuplting. I initially thought Epi Center was not at all to blame for what happened with the CoolSculpting, and I still think the devise manufacturer is mostly to blame.

I've been a client of Epi Center Med Spa for years. All employees, RN's, estheticians are like family and treat everyone with such personal care. I was just there this week getting Restylane and Dysport treatments. Kristine Meister and team were amazing! I highly recommend all of them. Definitely worth going in for a complimentary consultation! I feel 10 years younger in a day?!

Heather Hodges is the secret "esthetician" of woman who only the "very best" will do, she is an RN, a trainer in skin procedures, knows intuitively and preciously what needs to be done to ensure you look natural and as beautiful as possible. She is exacting in her method and has the experience and respect of clients and professionals in the industry.

I discovered Heather through, one of my best friends who as the years go by keeps looking more and more gorgeous; in a natural glowing way. I had been a loyal client of top dermatologist in the city for over 20 years, alas the results my friend had (she researches everything 100%) inspired me to make the move. After our first appointment it was clear that what Heather Hodges offers is unsurpassable.

Recently I had the "nova thread" treatment, the results with Heather Hodges are AMAZING and can last up to two years., so totally worth it. As my other friend ( a stylist to the stars) says: " Heather is like going to the best in Beverly Hills, she gets it".

Since 2018, I have visited Epi Center MedSpa for Botox on my facial masseter muscle, Juvederm Extra on lips and nasolabial folds. Although I don't always get the same nurse to work with, but I have to shout out to the nurse, Kristine, who I had her inject Botox & Juv yesterday for me was an excellent and professional and careful nurse. She took her time explain what the best option and places to inject without rushing.

She listens what my desires and needs are and filled them in with her professional suggestion. She helped me to save my budget by suggesting the proper amount of injection as sometimes I get a little greedy that I think the more injection, the better. Therefore I save $300 out of my budget. She separates the total amount of injection products into different needles to the same area so that the product can be distributed properly and balance.

I don't have much high pain tolerance, and her skill did not make much pain to me. Overall, this is the most satisfying experience I have ever had with Epi and the nurse, Kristine. Please Epi Center MedSpa keep Kristine, don't let her go.

Highly recommend! When I arrived for my appointment I found out they had mistakenly booked me for the wrong service. No one was scheduled to perform the procedure I actually wanted. To make up for the mistake, they gave me a HydraFacial at no charge and rescheduled my original service. The facial itself was fantastic and everyone I spoke to provided excellent service! I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful facility, have gone here for years. Sad to say the the services are hit or miss. Just had filler, filled the wrong area. Spent a ton $$$$ on Fractora, didn't do much. I had a IPL many years ago, was great. Super nice staff, beautiful office, service quality is hit or miss.

I attended an open house event with a friend at EpiCenter MedSpa. I had no plans to return after the evening's event. Thankfully I sought direction for weight loss which lead me to inquire about a facial. I was never approached by any one at the Center to try any service other than what I was scheduled. There's never any pressure to purchase anything or directed to subscribe to any other service.

How refreshing! The staff is so professional and friendly. You can trust the professionals and enjoy the results! I enjoy being in the Center for my services. The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Bitter and the entire staff are wonderful! Everyone's always so kind and efficient taking care to remember discretion coupled with excellent quality. I can not imagine doing anything else for the ongoing pursuit of looking my absolute best. Kudos!

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. First of all, you have to pay to park and it costs $13.00 for 1 hour in the building at 450 Sutter. The attendant told me $8.00 but when I left it was a different story. You can park a few block away but I think the fee would be the same price. Second of all, it took me an hour to drive here only to have the Esthetician tell me she does not use steam on the face. I've used steam to dilate my pores naturally for over 20 years with a enzyme softener so the sebum would come out super easy. Machines embed and clogs doors.

I was only asking for a "little", like 2 minutes or even less. So, the Esthetician ruled and would not listen to the customer. I left and wasted 2 hours of my day on this place, drove in horrible traffic to San Francisco, CA. People know what works for their skin and for these "upidty" folks to think they are God to skin care should find another profession. I was horribly disappointed and I could've had much more success at a local neighborhood spa.

Complete scumbags! I want to preface that I had sooo much to do on this day, with errands and appts., etc. And these scumbags held me hostage for almost 2 TWO hours! After paperwork for some routine botox, I waited almost 30 minutes in another waiting room. There were plenty of employees wandering around with nonsense chitchat, and no one bothered to pop in to let me know this agony would end soon.

Then I was led into another room to watch a video (?) that was sooo boring, I couldn't even watch it. Ps; if you have to play a lazy video; maybe you shouldn't. THEN they proceeded to give me about 25 consultations, and repeat the same thing over and over and over like I was an 8 year old idiot. Plus they talked sooo slow; again like I was an idiot.

Then the pain continued with this arguing idiot with needle. These clowns have NO respect for your time, then I was charged extra for some lift I wanted. And now I have droopy lids and one eyebrow higher than the other.? Everytime I look in the mirror, I'm reminded how much you ruined my entire day, mood, face and schedule, and How much I hate you. Absolutely blown away by the amazing staff! My first time I was a bit naive and didn't quite understand everything before coming in. The awesome staff helped me understand and address all my concerns. The procedure itself was way better than expected, and very smooth. I definitely plan on coming back here for future treatments. I wanted to go get my skin taken care of here, but I've been calling for 2 hours, and nobody is answering! I'm better off driving down to get my skincare done in Beverly Hills, at my usual place, than waiting for this terrible business to ever pick up their phone, when most reviews say they have subpar injectors. Wasted my time completely. Unprofessional and worst plastic surgeon customer service. 0/10 stars if I could, there's no way those positive reviews are real.

This place is amazing! My husband and i came here and we both enjoyed the different pools. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, very serene. Everyone was so helpful, polite and its nice to see smiling faces. The massages we received were awesome. It was just what we needed and we definitely left on a relaxed note, which is what you want after leaving a spa.

I've been here about 6 times now because I love the relaxing ambiance and scenery so much. I absolutely adore the different pools and the romantic vibes but the massage experience itself can definitely different depending on who you get. I've had great head-to-toe massages and other unmemorable ones. Regardless, I always leave feeling better so that's all that matters.

I've been coming for 12 years and it is still just as amazing.wonderful staff and beautiful office! I come to Epicenter mostly for laser hair removal and they are the best! I went yesterday and Arlene was fantastic. The new laser machine is practically pain free, I was shocked! I'm already looking forward to my next treatment (also helps that they offer complimentary wine)!

I am a client/patient for laser hair removal. The treatments are quick. But dont expect to be in and out. This office never keeps it's appointment schedule. I have waited over an hour for a 5 min visit. If you value your time go elsewhere. Waited over an hour, again, before walking out without getting the treatment. The doctors might be awesome; I will never know because the office staff cannot manage the schedule. Boo on you!
