I purchased a laser hair removal package for my wife as a Christmas present. I told them I wanted to pay in full. She explained that she did not know how many appointments it would take but would agree on a paid in full at a set price.(which I paid upfront). about half way through the appointments were getting pushed back and delayed due to health issues of the Dr.

Then we get notice that the laser Dr. no longer worked there and they didn't think they were going to get a replacement. Nothing was handled between them and my wife so I had to step in. The office manager showed no concern and said that my wife's treatments were done and they owed us nothing. This was exactly what I didn't want to happen. Do not trust them, they don't stand behind anything they do except their consent form. They will say "you signed the consent form saying results can vary".

Amazing place. Dr. Joyce is a pro, very calm, confident and calming.

Dr. Joyce is very sensitive to criticism. When questioned he becomes defensive and will not accept responsibility for possible problems that may occur due to surgery. No one ever leaves his office without needing at least three procedures, even if there is no real problem that exists.

I was visiting the Punta Gorda area in June of 2012 and I was invited in for a free visia facial analysis. I must say I was a little in awe after looking at the visia report. It covered everything from sun damage to wrinkles and it actually shows the percentage of damage already done. I learned a couple of things while in the JVAI office, one is that most of the effects of aging can actually be dramatically slowed down and even reversed.

I was still a little skeptical so I proceeded with the first step of their "four step approach." This step is the hydra dermabrasion, which was at the time all I needed. I want to say it was almost like magic! Immediately after my appointment my face was smooth and my pores had nearly vanished. Now, I believe I was a rare case being so young, not needing the rest of their four step approach. Needless to say, JVAI has more than proven their abilities to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in rejuvenating their facial skin.
