On the plus side, it was very easy to get an appointment at this location. The reception area was clean and simple. However, when I was brought back to the exam room, the physician's assistant came in and asked me what I was being seen for. As I started describing my condition, she grabbed a folded paper towel near the sink (those industrial brown paper ones), and began writing notes on the paper towel.
I was very confused why my medical notes were not being written on a notepad or chart--this seems like a HIPAA violation at worst and unsanitary at best. Based on how unprofessional that was, it left me with a bad impression of the office overall. I don't think I will return for services here.

Premier Dermatology in Winchester Va was a game changer for me. I've been struggling with a condition that makes it almost look like i have a bad sunburn on my face or sometimes even poison ivy. You can imagine how my self confidence had been diminished and it became embarrassing for me to go out in public when it was bad. I had been to 3 other dermatologists that could not diagnose it or wanted to do biopsies on my face leaving scars.
I came to Premier Dermatology and the PA there was able to diagnose me in minutes. She was confident in her diagnosis and prescribed me a facial cream. My skin looks better than it has in 5 years! My confidence is back, no unnecessary procedures, just a facial cream. I was in and out, some people may like more time with the provider but in my opinion, the meds work, I feel great, she did her job efficiently!
