I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Greenberg. His office staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Greenberg was amiable, offered casual conversation yet professional and well-informed about concerns I had raised in the new patient form- I had filled it out just the night before. And he had reviewed it enough to be able to comment on certain issues. I felt very comfortable knowing that he had taken the time to do what we all hope our new doctors will do! I am happy I was referred to him by a friend.

My first visit. I found the practice to be friendly and welcoming. There was a lot of recognition that this was my first appointment. I was disappointed to wait over an hour for my visit. My appointment was 11:40 am, and likely lunchtime. Still, it would be nice to shorten the wait time. Just providing feedback.

Staff is super friendly, they all make you feel welcome. And doctor Cotter, I can't say enough. He really understood how frustrating having psoriasis is. Him or myself don't have it, its my 15 year old daughter but he really helped us understand it and gave us hope for the future. We've been to others and they would always say " ok try this cream, come back next month to see hows shes doing " next month would come around and again " now let's try this" long story short I'm really thankful for this office.

Was very nervous because the work needed to be done on my eye lid. Doctor was extremely careful and reassuring. Even though my nerves were high it was quick and painless! I don't even want to go, but I'm thankful my wife took me to this location. Great staff and great doctors. If I ever need any work to be I'm definitely going back to that office.

Starting with when you enter the practice; the office is extremely clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, and the wait time is almost acceptable even for an impatient person such as myself. Dr. Greenberg is very professional as he goes about assessing your skin health at an annual review. He is quick and thorough. Once you have been there a few times you find him enjoyable to engage in a conversation.

Dr. Greenberg is very thorough and knowledgeable, and I have always felt comfortable in his office. I had two appointments scheduled prior to today's visit that I had to cancel due to my dad's medical condition. Dr. Greenberg's receptionist was very compassionate and understanding about my situation, and even took the time to offer her condolences. That is taking kindness up to the next level. It shows that while the practice is busy, Dr. Greenberg and his staff take the time to be real.

The office was pretty busy but I took that as the doctors there being really good at their job. The entire staff is super friendly and seem to be very caring. I waited quite a while in the waiting room and was probably in the actual room with the doctor for like 7 minutes. Even though I knew he was super busy he made sure to make sure he answered any questions I had and asked if there was anything else I needed.
So it's not like he didn't talk with me, he just was able to quickly diagnose me and get me what I needed so I would have to say my first experience at this office was a good one. And I will be going back soon.
