Working with Dr. Prasad has been nothing less than amazing! She has accomplished the results I have been wanting for years. I met with other doctors prior to Dr. Prasad for many years and never saw any results or improvements on my hair. Everyone around me has noticed a difference in a positive way and asked me about my doctor. Her staff is also amazing, very professional, and helpful.

I would recommend to Dr. Prasad to anyone without any hesitation! I am very grateful to be one of her patients, and its a blessing that I found her! Thank you Dr. Prasad and your amazing team!

April 2022: Previously I had 3 sessions that were starting to be effective and staff was ver professional which I appreciated. Then they're machine broke has been down for who knows how long. from my research when doing hair removal it needs consistent treatment. And so those few months without any treatment what so ever gave the follicules time to repair and grow back just the way they were before.

I've heard this is not the first time their machines have had issues as it took 2 years for my ex gf to get half her legs done. But it bothers me the most that I spent 900 dollars and have 0 results now with absolutely not a single change. I don't know if they're settings are super low to continue getting people in their office. But I am now considering small claims court.

Because they started a treatment and couldn't keep their end of the deal. And I've yet to hear if their machine has yet been fixed 5-6 months later now. I wish I could give a 0 star. Because I feel more like this "medspa" is a scam with pretty smiles up front. I tried expressing my concerns after 2 months of no treatment. And got brushed under the rug and haven't heard a peep since.

If anyone can recommend a legitimate doctor for hair removal, by all means please let me know. Thank you all! Oct 2021: So my first interaction wasn't all that well. I made a laser hair removal consultation appointment 2 weeks out and a day or two before my first consultation my appointment was cancelled for unknown reasons. Which really bummed me out because I read some great reviews, but they did the same thing another local medspa did to me for months.

I felt as if I was being pushed aside for a more valued customer. So after a few weeks I tried again and got a consultation in a timely manner (today) and was very appreciative of the professionalism, every question I had was answered above and beyond. For years and years I have been self conscious about this area of treatment, but the staff was very genuine and non judgmental which is what I needed.

My laser technician was Beltina, she made it a very casual and comfortable by telling me a little about her laser experiences and wasn't just trying to sell me a $1000+ package which is what a lot of the local medspas will do. She ended up having a cancelation after my appointment and got me in for my first session right afterwards which worked out well.

I'm really glad I went with Dr. Prasads office. If you're looking for a medspa with the best technology and experienced staff that treats you like family this is definitely the place to go. Don't go to those pop up medspas, you'll get sold on an expensive package deal and they'll turn down the strength of the laser and keep dragging you along till you spend way more than you ever intended on spending. -James B.

Would not recommend this business to anyone. Very high pressure sales and poor customer service! They push supplements which made my husband sick and they would not credit us back for unopened bottles. Unfriendly snooty staff, very sorry we ever gave them a dime.

I have had filler and VBeam Laser treatment for facial veins and found Dr. Prasad to be extremely knowledgeable, artistically gifted, thorough, caring, and very open and communicative. And, from the great results I've had, I totally trust her. A skill/talent she has over other doctors I have seen is that she is very artistic, has an artist's eye, so achieves amazing results with fillers. In addition, the entire office is outstanding - very knowledgeable, competent, and extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot praise this practice enough.

It's been one year since my transplant surgery and I can say that since the results are in, THERE IS NO BETTER! Dr. Prasad nailed it, my hairline is restored and I have fantastic growth and retention. I am to the point where I brag about the procedure because people can't tell that I had it done. I look years younger and confidence has never been higher!

I wholeheartedly can recommend Dr. Prasad to anyone and everyone that is interested in the procedure. She and her staff are very caring and attentive, and it shows in the results. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

This business is a joke. Dr. Prasad have no manners and are rude to clients. I was quoted and paid for services with poor quality. My friend and I went back for a second visit so Dr. Prasad can fix what was missed during a laser procedure and to think this " Dr." claimed she didn't have time to numb my friend's face prior to procedure and that it wouldn't hurt.

My friend was yelling stop it hurts and Dr. Prasad kept zapping the laser. She's a joke! I can't believe I recommended friends and family to go here. My initial treatment was with Patty. She was a great provider which made me go back for a second visit, but didn't know she already quit. Don't go to this place you will waste your time and money!

I was concerned about standard male pattern hair loss. So, I decided to do something about it. I shopped around and chose Dr. Prasad because walking into her office feels like you are walking into someone's home. Additionally, Dr. Prasad has a warmth and an exceedingly kind aura that supplements her professionalism and medical knowledge & training.

I knew in my heart that she was the right choice and that she would take great care of me. I was right! She put 1500 grafts in the front and 1000 in my crown. I could not be happier with the results! It looks amazing. I am two years past 40 and look like I did when I was 20. Getting the procedure done and choosing Dr. Prasad was one of the best decisions of my life!

I have been a patient here for a few years now and I couldnt be happier with the treatments and care I have received. Dr Nalini Prasad is a true artist, she makes u look like your younger prettier self and with very natural results! The office manager Debbie and the rest of the staff are always so warm and friendly too. This is definitely the best Med Spa in the area!

Every time I am here, I get excellent customer service and communication with amazing personal. Doctor Prasad is a knowledgeable, professional doctor.
