I appreciate being part of a profession that is on a quest to improve the human condition. My role within the medical profession is that of a "clinician", a doctor who interprets numerous data inputs in order to allow an individual, or a family, the opportunity to make educated decisions about their health. My natural abilities, enhanced with thoroughly practiced skills, are in communicating with people.
In addition to infusing the serum into my skin, the micro needles create a controlled injury to the skin that sends a signal to your body that the area needs to be repaired. When it comes to treating abnormal veins of the leg, whether varicose, spider or something in between, the treatments are all designed to destroy or remove the abnormal veins. Laser vein ablation is the usual first therapeutic step for resolving large ropy varicose veins. This catheter-based technique allows placement of a therapeutic laser fiber within an enlarged and abnormal vein. The targeted vein is then ablated. A local anesthetic is used. The procedure is completed within an hour. There is no downtime.

I found a out laser light treatment from my primary Dr. When I came to the novato office I was desperate to get my veins dissapear. I found out that the novato office is very professional and helpful, I really feelt very comfortable with the Dr Ericsson and his assistant Cesar.who explained and was very assuring to me that they could help me, I can't wait till I get to come in and the doctor can work his magic. I will keep u all posted.my carepetal veins as I hated them because I have not worn any dresses or skirts in at 6 years now.i.m excited.

The older I get, the clumsier I am. The clumsier I am, the harder I fall. So the last 9 months, I fell twice, the second taking a bigger hit on my knees and calves than my first. Adding insult to injury, the second time I fell at home and I deluded myself into thinking I'd be safer at home. Baloney! My doc had to forewarn me that a third fall would be regarded a felony and no early reprieval for good behavior!
I ended in ER thrice and each time, the ultra sound confirmed that I had no blood clots. (Had God on my side!). But my right calf never did recover, putting a big strain on my mobility. It was reddish, swollen and tensed at all times. Ouch! My oncologists couldn't help me much and it was my primary care doc that referred me to Dr. Joel Erickson who is an interventional cardiologist, with offices in Santa Rosa and Novato specializing in state-of-the-art venous disease diagnosis. Hallelujah!
I was diagnosed with "lymphedema" (Aching limb, excessive pain and fatigue as a result of a trauma) and the recovery might take longer due to chemo and radiation. Dr. Erickson belongs to endangered species of old-school doctors that got into the medical profession for love of helping people rather than for the money. He is low-key, humble and a great listener.
When he read my charts that I was also fighting cancer, I immediately gained his sympathy and his resolve to help me regardless of insurance/Medicare! What a neat, cool compassionate doctor he is! When insurance gave me the thumbs down, he did not hesitate to let me try the Compressible Limb Therapy System, which I can take home to work on everyday at no charge! It has been 3 years since my vein intervention and my original review. I can now say that I obtained perfect results from the procedures. However, it took 3 years for the discoloration, which looked much like the varicose veins, to go away. Now that I'm happy with the results on the first leg I will return for the second leg. Wish someone had explained in the beginning that the body may need time to assimilate the debris.

Dr Joel Ericson is fantastic! After years of feeling embarrassed about my varicose veins, I'm a new woman now. I had a very serious genetic problem and now, they're gone! Dr Joel and his amazing assistant Cesar helped me so much. They both took there time and were very thorough, they also explained everything each step of the way. I'm so happy with Dr Joel Ericson and his wonderful staff. I cannot tell you how much they have helped me to look and feel better about myself. They helped me with varicose vein removal, something that has haunted me for many years. Dr Ericson is the nicest man and made me feel so comfortable. I was always very uptight and shy about my condition. After several treatments with the doctor, I feel like a new person.
His assistant Cesar is also amazing, so meticulous and thorough. He also plays the greatest, most relaxing music! Thank you Cesar! Arlene is the sweetest woman and is excellent at what she does as well. I'm a client for life! Thank you to everybody there, I cannot rave about you enough. See you soon!

I went in to have a few sun/age spots on my Hand treated with IPL. I have done this before in San Francisco and had excellent Results. I should have made the trip over The bridge. Arlene, the nurse, treated me. I thought the pain was a little more than I had experienced before. The next day my hands were bruised, inflamed and mottled in red and purple.
Also I had a blister the size of a quarter on my right hand?!?Normally the spots turn dark brown and flake off within a couple of weeks. Decided to call the owner, Dr. Joel Erickson, after 6 days as my condition had Not improved. His response was yes, I could have permanent damage and he was Very sorry! Seriously? That's it? No direction for care, no come in immediately I want to see you? Recommend you not play Russian roulette With Laser of Novato.or you could end Up permanently disfigured.

I've had severe acne scarring on my face all of my life and received all types of chemical, laser, and inject able treatments that all ended with substandard results. After years of various skin treatments and spending lots of money, none of these procedures had any substantial smoothing effect on my skin. Yes, I did have some positive results at times, but for the time, pain, and money I expended, in the end, these treatments were not worth my time or money.
After going to overly priced medical spas in SF for years, I decided to give The Laser Light Treatment Center in Novato a try. Also, I wanted to see how effective their E Matrix laser treatment would have on my acne scarring so I purchase a package of five treatments. Arlene Padilla was the nurse who administered the E Matrix treatments and I could not be any happier with the results. Yes, I still have acne scarring on my face but the scarring looks so much smoother and the peaks and valleys I had have dramatically lessened.
Whenever I went in for an E Matrix treatment, Arlene gave me a combo treatment that included some other type of treatment along with my E Matrix treatment. She was giving me a double treatment which I had never received before. My skin was pretty beat up after each treatment but the end results have given me skin that I can live with. The acne scarring on my face had always been psychologically devastating for me, but now my skin actually has some smoothness in some areas and even though I still have acne scarring, my scarring is not as severe as it was.
I also appreciate that Caesar was always so accommodating to me. I work for an airline and have constant schedule changes and Caesar was always too happy to re-accommodate me and my constantly changing work schedule. Caesar had even called me two times before some of my appointments because I had told him that I was on standby for my employer and he always worked with me and supported my erratic schedules.
For the end results, price and service that I received, I'm not going anywhere else! The Laser Light Treatment Center is far superior than any other medical facility I have experienced.

This place is amazing. It is definitely the fountain of youth. Dr Erickson does amazing vein work. It you are ready to make those varicose veins disappear then he is your go to man. My friend's legs look 10 years younger. I had pelleve done and my skin feels so much tighter. Arlene is a magician. They do great hair removal too. The prices are great. Dr. Erickson is amazing and nurse Arlene is just as great. I've been to two other places and they failed with the treatments and did not do what they promised me, but laser light treatment center has gone above and beyond and delivered great results. I have to say they have Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend laser light treatment center and Dr Erickson and all the staff!

I am absolutely thrilled about my visit to the Laser Treatment Center. I work in the beauty industry myself, and, I must say it says a lot for and establishment in the beauty industry when you walk in and the person who greets you is dressed stylish and professional. Trish greeted me at the door she was very professional and welcoming which help to ease my nervousness. Trish also was my treatment nurse, she was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.
Although my treatment of a laser tattoo removal is says to hurt the worst Trish somehow made my visit to the laser treatment center seem like a walk in the park. She really knows what she's doing
