Go somewhere else. Watch out for the bait and switch with LaserAway! I bought a package and then could never get a timely appointment--having to wait months before they could get me in. If you know anything about laser hair removal, you have to go on a certain cadence to get results. Then when I asked if I could go ahead and cancel my package, since I can never get an appointment to use it, I was never able to reach anyone with authority to cancel my package and provide a refund. I called three times and kept being told that someone would call me back. No contact information on their website works. Beware!

I've gotten Botox at LaserAway 3 times now and would recommend! My nurse Florin was really great, she was very knowledgeable and took time to explain why she recommended each area. She also worked with the amount of units I wanted to maximize effectiveness. I never feel pressured to buy additional units or purchase other services, which I appreciate.

I purchased a full laser package with Laser Away and so far I am loving the results and the overall experience. Liridona (Dona) is by far one of the best clinicians. She made the process enjoyable despite me being a big baby whenever I felt the slightest sting. She took her time and her attention to detail is impeccable. I will no longer go to anyone else besides Dona. Dona please stay forever! Rachel and Madison are amazing as well.

They are usually the first faces you see when you walk in at the front desk. Appointments are hard to get, but they make sure to find a time for you. Treating you like the VIP that you are! I love Laser Away, Flatiron and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Treatment was cool sculpting. To be honest I should have just got lipo. I spent like 4,500 and my stomach looks horrible started treatments 7 months ago no results in fact I look worse. Don't waste your money. Also the treatments were miserable. So to see nothing this is robbery. They'd show pics and be like I can totally tell we'll check the scale I've gained 5 lbs and look worse.

Go anywhere and do anything else! Waste of money and time! Although the company said someone is reaching out to assist they did nothing other than tell me I signed consent to the fact this could or couldn't. Nonetheless I highly recommend going elsewhere and never waste your money on this treatment especially with this company. AWFUL Removed photo because it's embarrassing but no results.

Literally got my credit score and a credit card open WITHOUT my permission. Been calling the front desk for the past month to cancel and fix it, and they constantly gave me the run around by saying "we need manager approval" "he will call you right back" or they would hang up the phone. I felt like my time was not treated as valuable. If you want to get treatment the results are great, but go to a different location where you actually get good customer service at the same time.

Always a great experience at this location! My nurse, Florin, was very nice and informative. She ensured my laser treatment was comfortable and effective. She was very thorough and answered any question I had. At the front desk, Tanya and Rachel were also very nice and also answered questions I had about other laser treatments. Tanya also went out of her way to get me signed up for the LaserLove program and retroactively get me points for treatments that I've purchased, which was great! I've never had a negative experience here and have gotten several treatments with great results!

I have been so blown away by my experience with LaserAway! The clinicians are super friendly and care to make you feel most comfortable during your appointments. I highly recommend Ashley at the Flatiron location - she is so sweet and helps take your mind of the laser so the time passes quickly! She also makes adjustments to the laser/cooling air to keep the pain very manageable. The office staff has also been very amenable to last minute rescheduling should conflicts arise. No complaints here and seeing great results thus far!

I've been coming to this location for quite a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've done Clear + Brilliant facials, botox, laser hair removal and a few other things. Their skin care line works very well and I would def take advantage of their prepackaged sets to give as gifts. My last appointment was with Ashley and Madison and I couldn't be happier. Overall, I feel like I'm at a friend's house when I come here. I always walk out happy and look forward to coming back!

I get my laser hair removal at this LaserAway location. The staff here, including the front desk staff, is always incredibly kind, positive, and professional! My last session was with Florin, who was meticulous, gentle, and professional, and made me feel extremely at ease. I had my other sessions with Ashley, who always makes me feel extremely comfortable. Overall, I love this LaserAway Flatiron location. I don't live in the area but I still prefer to come all the way down here!

Customer service especially in the front desk is absolutely terrible. so disappointed with how rude and entitled the girls are when the nurses said they are only doing laser on half of my face when I paid for a full face session. To top it all off, I have not seen ANY hair removal! Literally worst customer service ever. NEVER coming back.

You will have the best service here! People are very friendly and helpful. This location specifically is very clean and you can trust their services. They are willing to help with any questions you may have. You will get the best results its promising. I have purchased a package and got a few free sessions on other parts on my body. It is also very helpful to check their deals all the time because you will get the best service for affordable packages. Definitely recommended!

I have been waxing for over 12 years and found out about the amazing packages for laser hair removal that Laseraway has. I immediately signed up for the Legs, Brazilian, and Underarms package. This will literally change my life compared to paying for waxing every month with no end in sight. Laura helped me with a phone consultation and she was amazing, a true cheerleader in a situation that could make most people uncomfortable! I finally went in for my first appointment and everything was quick, easy and SO CLEAN. Also grateful for the aftercare tips and care kit.

I've been going to LaserAway for over a year now, and I can't recommend it more. I've used their hair hair removal treatments in a number of areas, and I recently tried Xeomin for the first time. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff; the reception team--especially Madison, who I always happen to run into!--is always friendly and diligent about helping me find last-minute appointments.

The nurses are also professional, attentive and kind--if I express any concerns or discomfort, they never hesitate to help. A special shout-out to Joyce and Ashley--good nurses make the experience so much better, and they made me feel particularly at ease :) I will say also that the LaserAway medical team is truly attentive and genuine--at one point, I had a bad reaction to a treatment, and they could not have done a better job making sure I was healing and being taken care of. For anyone that is considering these treatments, you should absolutely try LaserAway! (And as a fun insider tip--they often have great sales around the holidays.)

Recently got a laser treatment done here and received great service all around from the front desk to the nurses. My service was great and my nurse was so friendly and sweet. The front desk staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend!

I was interested in the thermage FLX treatment, and Michelle and Haley were extremely helpful, welcoming and explained to me thoroughly about the procedure and what to expect. I decided to go through with the procedure and I was happy and very pleased about the service. I'm excited for the results, and if it wasnt for the great consultants I would have been too afraid to go through with it. will keep updated about the progress but what an awesome service I got at this location, and I have been to more than a few Laser away!

I had my first IPL treatment this week with Nicole. I was nervous going into the session but she took the time to answer all of my questions and alleviate my concerns before we started treatment. Everything went smooth and I'm looking forward to seeing the results and amping up the settings for next time.

LaserAway has always been a pleasure to go to. This location specifically has helped me tremendously! They took me in for a laser appointment when I had to reschedule last minute and they were very helpful and inviting. Sadaf was my nurse who did my layering and she was extremely nice. Haley at the front desk was very informative and supportive when I mentioned I wanted fillers and other treatments.

She made me feel confident in the choices I wanted to make and gave me options of treatments I potentially want. Thanks to Sadaf and Haley, I was able to get my laser treatment and also get information on potential treatments that I will for sure go back to get with these two ladies thank you all so much!

The worst company the lady Hayley talks you into contract doesn't explain to you exactly what your signing up for she just force you into contract is very rude I wanted out contract she put in whatever information in the contract to get you approve when I tried to get out she said your not going find another place better and I would have to pay over $1000 dollars for one treatment I did the customer service sucks Hayley give laser away a bad reputation because the stafff there was nice but no one should be stuck in a contract I called two days after signing and told me I could get out and lied about payments once I received a letter from loan company was very different from what was told to me and made me pay down payment that company says they never received either.! I would recommend anyone to get into their contract it's a set up. definitely not affordable at all!

Typically not a Yelper but I feel robbed. Two stars for the great RNs and front desk girls. They are the only reason why this post received any stars. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars here the last year. I completed my upper lip, Brazilian, under arms, legs, and another small area of laser hair removal. I was told initially I would see 80% hair loss. I was understanding and okay with that.

I was not seeing results ta at all between sessions but I had hope that maybe the next one will be the one where I see the results. I am absolutely bummed. I don't even think 20% of my hair is gone. I truly feel robbed. Save your money, invest in a wax pass. It's honestly more effective.

I've never really wrote a review based on JUST the service - but here we are. I accident called this location (I'm in California) to get some pricing and information, and I'm glad I did. I had the pleasure of talking to Dulce on the phone, and her patience, communication, and friendliness is what made me go through with the procedure. Calling a place like LaserAway was intimidating for someone like me, but I was made comfortable very quickly during the phone call. If people working at LaserAway are anything like Dulce, I know I'm going to get the best service and care possible.

I contacted Laser Away to get additional information about tattoo removal. I was lucky enough to have Janna answer the telephone when I called. She walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, obtained photos via text, and provided me with an estimate. I decided to book an appointment and Janna helped me schedule an appointment for the next day at the Scottsdale location, which is close to my office. Janna even reached out to me after my appointment to ensure I was happy with the treatment. She has provided me with excellent service, been amazingly helpful, and is extremely friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received so far.
