I had a Diamond Glow treatment done by Adam and it was great. My face looked fresh and my skin looked brighter. Adam was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing.

This office has really gone down. Beware, most services are a scam. Ever since Dr. Reagin has left there really hasn't been any competent providers there. Unfortunately this business isn't what it once was. Great customer service. The office is very difficult to find due to the location and busy area, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful by calling ahead of time to make sure I had directions.

I left early to give myself plenty of time, but i still had trouble finding the actual office (they could really use better signs on the building). The second person I talked to actually met me outside and showed me all the way up. It's the little gestures like that, that make a patient feel valued. My visit with the doctor went fantastic and everyone in the office made my visit a great experience.

I purchased $10,000 in treatment. I had one treatment which was horrible. I did not want to continue with the treatment but was told that the $6,000 would still be a credit I could use it anytime. But now that I'm ready to use that I'm told that credit expired. Don't do it. You will do it on their timeline or lose your money. I have read thru my contract and nothing at all in it about using credit within 2 years or losing it. When you try to contact corporate it sends you to other locations. The only way now to handel this is thru an attorney which I will certainly do

Ashley C., NP, at Sona in Brentwood, TN was amazing! She walked me through each step of the process of the pain-free laser hair removal. She was very knowledgeable about the services offered and talked me through several options for future treatments and visits. It was quick and painless! The front office staff was very polite and accommodating, and the facility was very clean and welcoming. I am looking forward to my next visit to try other services offered!

I had the best experience with sona! First time getting fillers and they were so nice and made my experience exciting, both Christy and Leslie were amazing! Christy makes sure you're comfortable and happy w results all the way through even checking up with you after treatment! Definitely have been recommending everyone here for their services! 10/10!

I had the best experience at this clinic. The offices, patient's room were very clean and organized. The Staff was very nice and professional. Mallony was great. She was very comfortable with her job, very professional. She answered all my questions to a language that I was able to comprehend. Highly recommend this Facility and Mallony.

Adam explained in detail what was going on and took the time to answer all of my questions, During the procedure. He is just amazing! Had a wonderful experience today! From the greeting when I walked through the door to send off as I left! Adam takes such care when looking over your skin and walked me through each step of the Diamond Facial. Diane and Aly took great care of me at check out. I left feeling great! Adam is the best esthetician! My skin always feels and looks so good after seeing him. I also really like the environment created at Sona Dermatology & MedSpa, it's clean and inviting, not overly clinical feeling. Diane at the front desk is also fantastic, very friendly and checking-out and booking an appointment doesn't feel rushed like she just wants to "get you out of the door". I'm happy found a new "home" here!

Being a little deflated and having added stress of this pandemic my visit to Sona was essential y'all. With the newer staff I was skeptical but the appointment receptionist made me feel very eased. The office is taking every CDC measure making my visit comfortable. While only having patients come when the phone you. No office waiting so be prepared to wait outside of business.

Meeting Dr. Reagan was a beautifying experience and her assistant Stephanie is an injection of knowledge along with a dose of support. They gave me a good image to see myself returning with confidence. Hopefully less stressed from Satan's son, Covid-19 though and back to the norm of meet and greet. #EssentiallyAppreciated #StaySafeAndWell #MaskUpTexas

The ladies at the front desk are the best! Dr. Reagin is super sweet, attentive and truly cares. She was able to quickly provide treatment for my skin issue. The whole staff is just very friendly all around. I love that they provide skincare products in the office that are truly wonderful for you skin. They guide you on the correct product to use based on your skin type/issue. Their Skin Medica display is just the cutest!

I love this place for Botox! Clean, patient, and professional. Anne is such a wonderful human being and put my mind at ease for trying Botox for the first time. She didnt try to pressure me to buy anything I didnt want and did a FANTASTIC job. Will come back again!

They are the biggest con artist, and the cool sculpting doesn't work. They are quick to get your money, but once they have you in good luck getting a follow-up.

I'm a professional business woman and sort of new to Nashville. I enjoy pampering myself and also using maintenance services to always look my best. And while this spa offers some amazing services, I can't overlook the complete disrespect and unprofessional attitude I've witnessed while in the waiting area. I have overheard the front area manager, Carrie, belittle, gossip, and complain about other spa clients.

It actually disgusts me. Sometimes during check out her attitude is very dismissive as if waving me off with her hand. I should've posted this review a long time ago but when a friend told me she could overhear the gossiping about other spa clients, and the way she was dismissed by Carrie. I decided it was time to write a review. Neither of us, as well as a few more friends, will ever be going back.

I cannot believe that she is allowed to treat people this way and they don't do a thing about it. Shame on you and your Corporate office! I gave this review one star because the only nice staff members at the front area are Michelle and Tiffani. If you do decide to visit this spa then be prepared that you will be talked about behind your back and disrespected too. I'd much rather go to Essentials Wellness Med Spa where I'm shown the respect every spa client deserves.

I will not use this place for one fact and one fact only- I literally feel stalked. I have gotten SO many calls and emails, it is a total put off! There was no guarantee in the procedure and if it didn't work(even though they said it would) I would have to pay out of pocket again. That doesn't make sense. Happily found another location that gave me privacy and time.

Doesn't surprise me seeing all the horrible reviews. Came here for injections. Three days later, once the swelling went down, I came back to have her fix my lip due to it being extremely uneven. She told me I would have to pay for a whole new service to even it out. Do Not Waste Your Money Here! So unprofessional!

This is my second set of services at this location. If I didn't get a repeat-customer discount I wouldn't have returned. First set, bikini laser hair removal. Every visit, I had a different tech. Not exactly the kind of treatment you want to get to know someone different every time. This time, facial laser hair removal. First visit went fine.

When I arrived for my second visit, I was told they couldn't treat me because of the skin care products I use (R&F). While I appreciate their safety concerns (apparently the treatment could have a reaction with some chemicals causing burns), it was never mentioned in my first visit! (Thankfully no burns though.) Now that I've prepaid for my package, I have to change skincare before returning. And again, yet a different tech.

I paid over $3,000 in advance for 2 separate procedures from Sona Med Spa. Each procedure is FDA approved, and I followed all pre and post instructions. I researched these two procedures long before the procedure, came into their office for a consultation where I was told repeatedly that I was the perfect candidate for each procedure. My CoolSculpting procedure was in April 2017, Venus Legacy was for 8 weekly sessions spanning from May 2017 to June 2017.

I waited the 4-6 months to see results from the CoolSculting Procedure (per the CoolSculpting website) and also waited the addition 4-6 weeks after my 8th session of my Venus Legacy sessions (per the Venus website) I have seen zero results from either of these procedures. I traveled to Sona Med Spa a total of 10 times for each of these, appx a 90 minute drive each way, did not receive any results, even after following a weekly regiment, in addition to diet and exercise.

Since these procedures are FDA approved, and I was 'the perfect candidate' that their devices are faulty, or they are intentionally not delivering the correct application of the devices for these procedures in order to obtain more money for additional services purchased. I reached out to the office manager, Mykah Adams on July 11, 2017, (the same way I did to schedule my appointments) via email to let her know of my issues after the procedures.

I was ignored and received no response. I tried to resolve this outside of BBB. I am a healthy woman, at a healthy weight who went to Sona Med Spa for a trouble spot that diet and exercise couldn't fix. This is what they advertise, and after the consultation that they assured me I would be a great fit and see the results I sought after; I handed over my credit card and trusted them.

Their procedures and methods are flawed as after 10 times visiting their facilities and more than 24 hours of drive time, and 13 hours of procedure times, I am still the same way I was. I feel they sell false hope, and use devices or methods that are not capable of assisting clients, rather are used to scam people out of more money.

My wife and I did the Cool Sculpting. They said they would get us back in 3-6 months to review the results. They never called us back. CoolSculpting through them is a waste of money. Very little, if any, results. In our research, Cool Sculpting is supposed to work, but it didn't from Sona MedSpa, which is probably why they don't get you back in to compare before and after pictures.

If less than 1 star as an option i would give it. They will sell you botox, overpriced botox, then when you get there the technicians are not trained to do the entire job, just parts of your face. Then, they will tell you that the parts they personally cant do are not treatable. Not at all true, they just arent trained to do them. So, you have to go to someone else to finish it. Giant rip off and waste of time. Go ANYWHERE else.

$1000 dollars later NO results. None. They turned the lasers up as far as they would go. Still nothing. Take your money elsewhere this is just a con game to them.

I recently received my first hair removal treatment for my facial hair. I know after one treatment I'm sure I won't see results. They where very pressuring and it was very painful. The nurse was not personal not seem to be caring or paying attention. I'm not even sure if the nurse treated all of the areas on my face because it legit took 10mins. I'm pretty sure she didn't even treat upper part of my face.

I have 4 more treatments spread through 6 week period. We will see how effective it is. The staff was so so. I wish I read reviews before booking an appointment. I just just found the first place closet to me. I have very thick facial hair and sensitive skin. Ever time I shave I either break out or develop a razor burn or redness. So I hope it works after spending a total of 1000$. I Will review after each treatment. If it is not effective I will ensure the failure of this business.

Horrible mistake becoming associated with this place. I bought a "package" of 5 sessions to remove hair from my back and abs. I did exactly as they suggested. Spaced the sessions six weeks apart, etc. I still have as much or more hair in both of the "completely treated" areas as before When I called to complain, they said my hair was light colored (gingerish) and there was not enough contrast between the color of my skin and the hair, which is a factor that causes the laser to target the hair, or not.

I was offered a second set of treatments at half price. No way! The treatments were horribly painful and ineffective, so why would I subject myself to a repeat? As well, I was not treated by the same operator more than once. There were different people each of the five visits, giving the impression they were having problems getting employees to stay, which gave a sense of instability. Approach with caution. Their business appears to be poorly operated and their treatments are ineffective.

Good luck keeping your Appointment! I've been rescheduled 3 times in the last 2 months on my laser treatments. Yes, the staff is very nice & professional but don't know about you but I sort of like keeping my appointments & having consistency!

I purchased the hair removal package. The staff was very friendly. I have zero complaints about the staff, just the results. To pay thousands of dollars and see zero results is beyond disappointing. I was told I could come back for further treatment for a discount, but thats not why I came in the first place. I came for hair removal.as in no more hair.

I see no improvements 6 months following my last treatment from the day I first walked in the door. Again, NOTHING personal with the staff. Great people. The product just isn't worth it.

Awful! untrained, unlicensed providers. Bait and Switch on package prices. Can't get appointments made because they over sale for the amount of #Lasers and providers they have. Outdated equipment! Over diluted #Botox, They pad the Units they inject. High, high pressure sales team, they never stop calling you to sale you more services you can't get appointments to use! #Management screamed and berated employees in front of waiting room full of clients!

The vibe is that everyone is #miserable. Never same staff twice, high #turnover! I only gave it one star because the bathroom was clean. They won't be in business long. I had heard really bad things about #Sona from a few people before going, gave the benefit of the doubt, was sorry. Check them out on Glassdoor.com, they have Very POOR ratings!

The staff is friendly and the service was good. however, you can find MUCH better deals other places. I bought a bikini/underarm laser hair removal package for $1,250. This package included 5 treatments and 2 "free" treatments for a total of 7. I have completed my 7 and wiill probably need 3-5 more for the hair to be completely gone. I don't have crazy dark or thick hair, just normal, so this is kind of a surprise.

I have friends who have bought unlimited laser hair removal packages, or friends who have even boguht laser hair removal Groupons for WAY less than I spent. My friends spent half (or sometimes less) than I did and they got WAY better results than I did. I am dissapointed and feel slightly robbed. In my opinion, it was a huge waste of money and I wish I could take it back!
