I did my research - Coolsculpting results were 20 to 25 % body fat reduction, which is good but not "great." At 57, my belly fat and love handles were my negative downfalls. I was exercising and dieting, but my middle body fat was still there. FAT! Melissa, RN did a GREAT job! She was honest and direct. She took care of me and my body. After 2 treatments, they definitely did SOME improvements. Now, I'm doing it 2 more times this week. At $3,000, it's worth it!

I absolutely loved my experience at North Coast Laser. Everyone was so nice. Everything was explained so well and the programs they have are amazing. I didn't feel rushed and felt totally comfortable asking all the questions I had. I cannot wait to go back and have already referred my mom to them. I highly recommend!

I like that the Drs here are very concerned in your outcome and throughly research your autoimmune reactions. I have lupus and Other autoimmune Problems. I'd love to get many Anti aging things but my body will not accept it they have informed me. Sad but I appreciate all the truthfulness care and provide great skin products. The little bit I can have done, I feel like they are my friends and Drs both extremely caring. Highly recommended! Clean, concerned for your safety and concerned for you to be comfortable.

I had the best experience at Northcoast Laser! Everyone was extremely nice and when I got filler for the first time all my questions were answered and she spent time explaining everything for me; making me feel very comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable on all skin types. I went in for a consult for pigment issues. Melissa put me on a skin care routine with the ZO skin care line and recommend Lase md treatments with an occasional microneedling. My skin has never looked better at the age of 40. My pigment issue has resolved and my skin now has a bright glowing appearance. They keep up to date on the latest laser technology, and the staff is always available to answer any skin care questions I have.

I normally receive botox from a plastic surgeon with excellent results. My botox lasts almost 8 months. Out of convenience, I went to Northcoast. I was told that I had to have more units than I normally receive because that is what the doctor likes to work with. It did not matter that I did not need those extra units and I was forced to pay for them.
After 2 weeks, my results were poor. I could move the treated area without issue. How could it be possible to receive these results having more botox injected? I feel cheated. Northcoast wanted me to come back in, but I refuse to give them anymore money. Save yourself a headache and go to a plastic surgeon, They are more experienced, less expensive, and the results last.

I finally decided to take the plunge with laser hair removal when I saw Groupon offer 50% off 4 sessions at North Coast Laser. It was too good of a deal to pass up. So far I have only had a consultation and 1 treatment session, but I have been very happy with the results and North Coast Laser. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job of explaining to me how the laser works and what to expect during treatment.
The RN that did my laser took extra precautions to make sure that the laser was calibrated correctly for my skin type and tone. I have heard horror stories about people who have experienced burns for days after laser, but I was only slightly red for about 45 minutes and fine after that. I didn't even need ice or numbing gel. I have recently moved to the west side of Cleveland, but I don't mind driving across town for service like this. I recommend North Coast Laser to anyone!
