I had a consult with Dina and was very happy upon leaving the appointment. She was extremely professional and explained everything in detail and took into consideration my hormonal imbalance in terms of laser hair removal treatment. I cannot recommend this business enough especially if you are being treated by Dina. You will be in good hands.

Bought a Groupon for two ipl facials. Burned my face. Promised me a refund (didn't use the second one) and asked me to take review down. I just noticed I was refunded last week after waiting a month and more than two months since my facial. Don't recommend this place. My face looks much worse than it did before. Only giving two stars because although slow, they made an effort to undue the mess they made.

I bought a groupon as a gift for my mother and we can not get though to make an appointment We have Called 5 TIMES and no one if picking up the phone and NO ONe is calling us back I have all ready paid and I am VERY unhappy with how unprofessional this salon is. I want my MONEY BACK!

As an existing/now former client of this laser hair removal spa, I have been treated like a NOBODY! Let me just emphasize this I HAVE NEVER POSTED A SINGLE NEGATIVE REVIEW "EVER" So the fact that I am posting this speaks volumes! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY They never answer their phones, takes days to get an appointment and when you get frustrated THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO BE ANNOYED AT YOU! Lol Gillian the manager, Jess whoever she is - she answers the phone sometimes are both extremely unprofessional And Deana who is the esthetician doing the laser never called me back after repeated messages asking to speak to her since I was a long time client you would think she would have returned my calls But NO YOU CAN BE SURE SHE WILL HAVE HER " TIP JAR" out when she wants your money though! NEVER GO HERE THEYY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR $$$

It's sometimes tough to get an appointment, but when I arrive the place is never crowded and I never have to wait to be seen. All the girls in the office are super friendly and helpful. The results I've seen from my laser hair removal are amazing & the prices are great. I feel like the laser techs are very knowledgeable & good at what they do, I've gone places for laser where I felt the techs couldn't really answer my questions and didn't really know what they were doing.

I went to Nu-Skin for Laser Hair Removal: My technician Nicole was great, though she is not there anymore. Pricing was average if you bought their packages on sale. I just wanted to chime in that results take a *long time* to achieve and only last a short time. I started in October 2015 and went regularly until March 2018. At that point I had finished a few packages and was happy with my smooth legs and underarms. Fast forward to today, March 2019, and my hair is growing back full force.

Ive never had a bad experience at NuSkin. I love the email and text reminders for appointments. And I get called in at my appointment time, never really a wait. Staff is extremely friendly. Overall awesome place. I've gotten 6 of my friends to start going there too. They love it as well

I got a full face laser hair removal treatment. I am very pleased with the professionalism and cordiality of the entire staff. The results are magnificent too.

Do not go to this place. The employees are rude and hungry for the money. Especially Nicole and Dina. Their laser is old and ineffective. No results after 20+ painful sessions. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

The technicians rushed thru my appointment and couldn't wait to take my money. They also had serious attitude. Not going back to that!

I love this place. It's clean, the technicians are so nice and helpful, Dina is a gem! It worked so well I only needed 5 sessions! They work quickly, and they're so helpful with scheduling. AND their prices are great.

Okay, did what I think were around 22 sessions over a two year stretch and my tattoo was still about 90% there. I understand that lots of colors make removal a lot more difficult but I think that the results should have been much better. The money isn't even the issue. It's the time to drive to Suffern and the excruciating pain I endured for very little results.

After my final session the staff even suggested I look into going somewhere that has a different kind of laser that offers better results on colors. This should have been explained to me before I signed up. In the end I decided to have it covered up rather than wasting additional time, money and aggravation. Maybe you should too.

So I moved back to my hometown Los Angeles and I found another laser center. When the technician saw that I was holding my breath and was in pain. She let me breath. She was so sweet I explained to her my prior experience and she couldn't believe how rude the other technician was. She even mentioned like it's okay you can tell me to give you a break.

I also like to mention that because I was in pain she would do 3-6 zaps then break so I could get my composure. Where as Nicole just kept zapping away I remember how fast she was going not even considering my feelings. I honestly think she may have been prejudice against my race because reading other reviews about how nice staff was, is very different then what I have experienced with the staff members.

When I first went into the office I was greeted by a smiley and friendly staff, they were very informative and went through my procedure with me to assure me I would be happy with the result. I would recommend anyone to come to Nu-Skin Laser Solutions for any treatment that they provide. I was recommended by a friend and I will surely do the same.

I have been going to Dina at Nu-skin for laser hair removal for about a year on different areas. She is very pleasant and professional. Their laser machine works fabulous. I have been another place (Dr. Goodnight) where the laser did not remove my hair. This place/machine definitely works extremely well.

Very clean! Nicole was super and very honest about what would be best for my situation. all though getting my very large tattoo removed may not happen there. I will definitely go back for other services. thank you ladies for your honesty and knowledge

The technicians are awesome and friendly but there's only two. My friends and I have purchased their packages but having to book treatments months in advance has been very difficult. You can't go with a tan and have to be consistent or it won't be as effective, yet need to schedule based on limited availability/hours. Buying a package and not being able to use it for over a month makes no sense.

Although online scheduling is makes booking an app. easy it's no help if they are completely booked for the next two months and have to keep checking in. As of today 10/13 you can't get an afternoon app. until December, and the December calendar isn't even open yet for scheduling. Hopefully they hire some more technicians so they can accommodate clientele.

I was a client here for about a year. I went in for five sessions (I only missed one because I lost my car keys and could not make it on time). I found it to be EXCRUTIATINGLY painful which was surprising to me as I have several large tattoos that took hours to complete. Additionally, about two-three weeks after every session my hair growth would return to normal.

Despite going for five sessions, the growth was never reduced. However, I do have to add that both technicians I saw were always polite, professional, and nice to talk to. Unfortunately the results never appeared for me.

Started here at Nu-Skin for small Laser treatment area over 3 years ago using a GroupOn coupon and have been going ever since. The company has expanded their services and now I am able to utilize much wanted treatments, at great savings. Very professional, clean and beautiful office.

The services at Nu-Skin are the best. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Love being hair free! They moved to a bigger space that offers many services with ample parking.

I started going to Nuskin over two years ago for laser hair removal after a bad experience with a NJ facility. Not only are the costs much lower at Nuskin, because of the difference in NY and NJ laws, but the ladies who work at Nuskin are far more professional than the previous place I went to. I have been treated by Trish, AnnMarie, Dina and Nicole.all do a fantastic job.

I like that the center has evening and weekend hours so I can always fit it into my busy schedule. The new office is very nice with big treatment rooms. My hair is very dark and coarse and I have light skin which makes me the perfect candidate for the Candela laser they use. They do have other lasers for different skin types. People need to be realistic about the results they expect.

Even after 12 treatments in some areas, I still have to shave once in a while or go in for a touch-up treatment, but what does come back is much thinner and hardly noticeable. Before laser hair removal, I never had such smooth skin and always had to worry about razor burn or stubble. I had to shave every single day, sometimes twice a day in the summer. It is wonderful to be free of all that and I thank the ladies at Nuskin!

I had one session of treatments for my underarms and it's been two years since I've shaved best thing I've ever done! I've had to treatment so far for my legs and have no hair left. I also had the Brazilian bikini! I've told all my friends about new skin laser! Dina takes care of me there, she's amazing! Annmarie and all the girls that work there are so friendly and accommodating and the place is beautiful!
