I purchased a really good deal for the underarms promoted on their instagram page back in May which was 3 sessions for under $300 ( tax included) but I only had the chance today to do my first session today. I'm giving 5 stars to the staff. The lovely receptionist (apologies, i didn't get her name) was very friendly and accommodating. She's also informative when I called prior to ask for parking. Ms. Anita, who did the procedure, was superb!

She explained to me the procedure, the hair cycle and the post care. Usually procedures like this makes me a little nervous but i thank her for making this experience enjoyable and worth looking forward to the goal of being hair free! I'm excited to be back for my next session!

Wow! Everything was so easy. It all starts with a free consultation and evaluation. The office is located in a easy to find location and was fresh and clean. Anita was great and made me feel at ease. Surprisingly the cost isn't anywhere near as much as I expected. Goodbye to a few hairs that are in inconvenient spots. Also I learned that laser works only on colored hairs, not blonde. Highly recommended!

I had such an amazing experience here. Mary was so knowledgeable and made the sessions go so smooth. (See what I did there?) I continued my previous sessions I had from my old laser clinic back on the mainland, and I'm so happy with the results I got here. I'm hoping to go back to have other parts of my body lasered, just have to find the right time. 10/10, would highly recommend!

I've been here 3 times now to do my Brazilian treatment. I absolutely love this place. Mary is super sweet and so knowledgeable of your skin. She made me feel so comfortable. You know how treatments like this can be uncomfortable and awkward. But Mary makes you feel right at home. I'm going to be honest, first time I went with someone else it kind of hurt some areas, but dealt with it.

My second and third time I did my treatment with Mary and is was Aaaaawwwmaaazing! I would so recommend this place. Planning on doing other areas of my body as well. So far 3 treatments and each time I have less hair and it's waaau thinner as well. Go and check them out!

Mary is the best. I have been a facial client most of my adult life, and with Q Laser more that 10 years.never have I had such consistent professional treatment. From the moment I enter the clinic, I am greet by a friendly Q Laser staff member. Immediately, Mary comes out to greet me, my chart in hand and ready to go to work.to start she does a skin exam looking for any changes, discussing if I am still seeing a dermatologist, and the results.as we move into the treatment it is relaxing; nice use of aromas and soothing music, but it is her knowledge of chemicals, and there use in proper combinations on compatible skin types that is amazing; always opting for medical grade products in her treatments.

I always leave feeling rejuvenate, and better informed. Because I feel comfortable with Mary, I fit in laser hair removal when I can. Mary's technique with the machines is such that it goes fast and I do not feel any discomfort. I highly recommend her because she enjoys and is good at her job.

Anita is always so friendly in making appts. I had Mary the 2 times that I've been for a med area for laser hair removal. Mary is very experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and very personalble. Highly recommend going there.

Really helpful. Worked with me recently on a small project, they quoted quickly, delivered within their quoted time frame and everyone I've spoken too has been friendly and helpful. Will hopefully get more laser profiling done here in the future.

Sent sketches via email with contact numbers and email address but this company didn't bother to reply to my request for quote. No contact since my first phone call. Will not consider them for future work.

I bought a Groupon for getting laser treatment done and a Medium area of my body. Rachelle, the woman who worked as the receptionist is always so pleasant and really cool to talk to. If you have any questions about what this procedure entails, you can always ask her since she has been with this company for over or about 20 years. She's done the procedures as well so she is very knowledgeable!

They are also now located in their new location at the Kukui Plaza. There is ample structure parking under the building, just don't forget your ticket because they validate. If you have never done this before, it may take some time getting use to the shock or zap feeling when it's being done, but well worth it. In some areas depending on the area that you are having laser treatment done, can be very sensitive, so if you are feeling uncomfortable just let them know.

I thought of it this way, no pain no gain! Just as a heads up, it'll take more than one session to start noticing the lesson in the hair. So you should go for several sessions because once won't be enough to see or notice any change. The are will most definitely get smoother as well since you won't have to shave as much. Follow up Appointments after having a session done is about 6 weeks.

I would highly recommend trying them out! Great staff and well worth not having to shave as often! For some I do know they don't have to shave at all. Go check this place out! Give it at try!

Love the services here- the ladies make the laser experience so comfortable! They also truly care for your skin, rescheduling a laser appointment if they can tell you're having a skin issue instead of just "getting it over with" and lasering on bad skin. Great people who truly care for you!

I just finished my 6th session for laser hair removal on my arms and I have to say, Q Laser is the BEST place to go to for your hair removal needs. They were always so professional, kind and worked with my schedule. If I called and they missed it, I left a message and they would always call back! I'm now addicted to laser hair removal and can't wait to book my next treatment! Thank you Richelle, Mary and the rest of the team for making my experience so comfortable!

In the past 9-10 months I've had 4 facials and this one was the best. I used a Groupon for the anti acne facial. Mary is wonderful! She asked me questions about my skin and contoured my treatment around that information. She worked on a collection of pimples I had on my upper left cheek. After the extraction process she treated the area with some antibacterial cream and that helped finish them off.

When I left it was still red but when I looked in the mirror this morning it's all cleared up and smooth as silk. It's like magic! I'll definitely be seeing Mary again and again and again. Lol!

On a recent visit to Honolulu for several weeks, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a facial. A family member recommended a place where she goes, to have her hair laser removal treatments. Q Laser Center. The facial was awesome and relaxing, we ended up making an appointment for the Venus Freeze skin tightening treatment as well. Of all the years we've been coming to Hawaii we had no idea that Q Laser was so highly touted.

The entire Q Laser staff are very professional and friendly, as well. Which is hard to find. Mary who has years of experience takes time in explaining and educating you on your treatment and your continued regime to follow and shows an honest interest in you. My wife ended up having Laser Hair Removal as well and the results have been great. Thank you Mary and the entire staff.

Ordered some sheet metal to be cut for a university project and it arrives promptly and the quality of finish was sublime. Would 100% recommend as the customer service was fantastic.

I did laser hair removal treatments once before with another company and had mediocre results. But so far, my experience at Q Laser Center has been exceptional! Ive gone to 2 treatments and already see amazing results! I seriously cant believe the decrease in hair growth. The staff has also been nothing short of amazing. I have been going to Q Laser Center for a few years now and love the results received by their services. I was tired of shaving and decided to look into laser treatment. At first I was a little scared because the thought of being lasers just freaked me out, but I figured if it worked I could get rid of my razor. Plus I thought it must cost a lot. I contacted Q Laser Center and found their prices very reasonable and decided to start with my underarms.

I was amazed with the results and of course it does take a few sessions to get optimal results. As for the pain. everyone has a different tolerance for pain and for me it was like being zapped with a small rubber band. I eventually received treatments in several other areas and I am so glad I found Q Laser Center. No more shaving! and No regrets! I have used Q-Laser for prototype parts on designs where good quality and tight deadlines are a must. They not only have had great communication and speedy delivery but their cutting is of great quality. 5/5 for them.

I love Anita, she is the nicest person and does the best work! She is extremely easy-going which helps in the nature of the service being provided. This was the very first place I started at for doing laser hair removal. I started with underarms, then moved on to Brazilian (which they are thorough with), and full legs. I researched that this works best on dark hair, which is what I have.

The reason is that the Laser finds the pigment, the eumelanin, and follows it down to the hair shaft to destroy the follicle. The more eumelanin there is, the darker the hair is, and the better the laser treatment will work. This is very important to know, before anyone complains that it didn't work on their Light-colored hair. This is also good to know, since as we age, Brazilian areas can grow some gray hairs, so you definitely want to do this at a young enough age before that happens, when you still have dark hair which the Laser can find. 10/14/17: Just went in for a touch-up again :) Anita was there and I was so glad she was in today!

Since hair grows in cycles, the laser can only work on the active follicles, and I was seen today for a specific area of hair that was making its own hairline path. Anita made sure that each area that I was concerned with got the attention that I wanted. She did not skip over or ignore any hair growth at all. I was so embarrassed with the direction that my hair was growing in, but Anita followed it to the end. I'm so relieved, because shaving and using Nair in those areas made me really red and bumpy.

Now I don't have to worry anymore. There's a new sign at the reception desk. It reminds customers that for areas that are not shaved 2 days prior or sooner, there is a small fee depending on which area is being treated. This is a nice service instead of having to re-schedule due to forgetting to shave beforehand.

This should have been written ages ago but I never got around to it. A co-worker had been raving about being hair less because of Q Laser and I was tired of shaving so I thought "why not"? She is dark with dark thick hair and swears she is completely hair free now. I am fair with light hair. I bought a package of treatments - not a special just a regular package full leg, etc.

First couple of treatments were fine, then i went in and had a new lady who burned the hell out of my poor legs :( she also want to do my full bikini although I was not into that, just the sides and edges but she was pushy as hell. I ended up with water blisters and it was just terrible. I had to go to my dermatologist for treatment. Needless to say I never even went back for the remaining treatments, I should have asked for my money back :( and I still have plenty of hair too!
