The minute I walked in Smooth Skin Centers, it was lovely and the receptionist at the desk is very pleasant and sweet to talk to. Patrick, Was the person that did my eyebrow tattoo removal, he explained everything in detail before starting and what my results will be. I know it will be a process to get it to where I want to be. I highly recommend this salon they have many other services that I would like to try as well.

Rosa is fabulous. Her authenticity and relatability when first meeting her helped lessen my anxiety about my chin laser hair removal treatment. Her expertise is evident by asking specific questions before she starts my procedure, in addition to her attention to detail by making sure she's treated the entire area and then asks me "How does that feel"? Finally, I'm impressed she always offers me the option to put on SPF before leaving the treatment room. Her customer service is fabulous, setting up my next appointment, then sends me a "how'd I do" text. I'm definitely going to book additional services in the future.

Patrick was excellent to work with. He made sure I understood the process, what to expect and was not pushy. I respected his desire to help me understand the commitment needed to work to a successful outcome and what I could expect. The facility was clean and comfortable. Patrick also made sure I understood the aftercare I would need to ensure a favorable outcome and I did not experience any issues by following his advice.

It always feel like home when you enter. It's unlike any other appointment I've shown up for. The ladies actually want to get to know you.

Smooth Skin Centers has always done and great job on my spider veins. They are friendly, thorough and I've gotten great results. I love the atmosphere as well, . Very welcoming!

Unfortunately I never got to experience this place. I found it via a friend's referral through Groupon. I called the place before purchasing my Groupon to see if I can get an appointment on a Saturday because I knew of their policy but I was driving from almost 2 hours away and couldn't make after work appointments. They put me on hold to ask a manager about allowing a Groupon customer in on a Saturday.

The manager said YES because of my drive. So I bought my Groupon and scheduled. So, come today, the day of my appointment, I drive almost 2 hours and they inform me that my appointment was canceled because I was a Groupon customer. AFTER getting management approval. Then they had the audacity to try to sell me their membership because if I purchase it, then they'll see me right then and there. God, I have never come across such a pathetic and coercive company.

In all honesty yes, I was planning on signing up for their membership anyway but wanted ONE appointment to experience the service. Well I got that experience for sure . The kicker is, my friend who referred me, WAS seen on a Saturday with no issues THROUGH a Groupon. Their excuse was they left me messages ahead of time. Well no. I didn't get them in time, but even if I had, I would leave this same EXACT review because this was pre-approved.

Do not go see these people. Vindictive and unappreciative of business. Think they are above the people they service. Don't realize they are nothing more than a service business. Think they have specialization equivalent of heart surgeons and treat people like there is no other service out there to take business too. Highly recommend you seek the simple treatment they deliver to a business that appreciates its customers! Won't go into specifics but Beth thinks she's gods gift to laser and treats with outdated equipment. Dont be late or she'll turn up the setting to inflict pain!

Went in for my second "pop tart" sized laser tattoo removal treatment and it tickled a little bit like he warned me but just like the first treatment I was surprised by how quickly it went by. He did a good job engaging in conversation which probably contributed to how quickly it seemed to go by, and I'm sure is helpful for clients who have larger tattoos and/or in more sensitive areas. I'd say I was in and out in about 15 minutes and most of the time was prep.

Patrick makes tattoo removal sessions quick, educational, and he took care to dress the site afterward. Beth makes hair removal fun with a great and helpful attitude and the laser she used was relatively painless compared to other laser treatments I have had! Thank you!

The Smooth Skin Center is a really great business. The owners, Beth & Patrick, make you feel like family when you walk in the door. It's a very comfortable place and doesn't make you feel intimidated like some "posh" salons. I had about 4 laser treatments and my face does look younger and more refreshed. The Club memberships make all of their services very affordable too. Give them a try!

I had a great experience at smooth skin centers! Pat was the person who treated me twice I thought he was incredibly professional and also the treatment was done very well. The center it's self is clean, smells great and they have a wide variety of services. I originally received a Groupon as a gift for my mom and I am definitely glad that it was too smooth skin centers I plan on going back for additional treatments. I had two sessions of spider vein removal with laser and saw a dramatic improvement in every area. Highly recommend this location!

Every time it's somebody new. Nobody will work there longer than 3 months! It's a revolving door with employees. There's probably a reason and also the way they discount every service they do.

My boyfriend and I decided last minute today to go get our first facials. After reading the reviews we decided to come here! What an amazing experience! Jen and Pat were so welcoming and took care of us right away. We happened to go during the Black Friday sales and received 3 facials for the price of one and then spun a wheel and won another one!

During our facials, the environment was very calming and relaxing. Jen was very professional and explained things as we went along. The products and treatment made our skin so smooth and feel so much lighter! We are so happy with the results and are looking forward to coming back and trying the peel next time - but would highly recommend their facials as well!

Service is always good. There's always some kind of issue with payment and how much to charge. Sometimes they run late, but always make up for it. I had several sessions of laser hair removal on multiple body parts (yes it hurts!), but I ran out of money. I will consider returning here when I get more money.

Beth and Pat are absolutely the best! They make you feel welcome, at home, and part of the family. I come to them for ALL of my skincare needs and refer my family and friends all the time. Thank you so much, I will be back!

I was pleased with the service but I wish they would have honored the membership terms/prices of the old program for customers who have existing memberships (until they expire) instead of forcing them to either enrolling into new auto monthly membership charge or paying higher prices for services. I purchased the annual membership late last year and had barely used 2 services at the member's pricing when the new program started.

Price has gone up significantly for members who have declined entering into the new program. They tried to use the "credit the balance of existing membership towards monthly charge" strategy but what if the customers have no desire/need to have frequent treatments (?). Membership is a contract. If you want to change the terms of the contracts, you can do so to new contracts but not to the existing contracts; you need to honor the existing terms if the customers decide new terms don't work for them.

I saw Pat in the past and he painlessly removed two of my tattoos, one behind my ear and one on my foot. I made the 30+ minute drive to each appointment because I knew from experience that I wasn't going to get the same service elsewhere. Now I am seeing Julie for laser hair removal and again, am absolutely pleased with the service. They're a small business but they don't lack in customer service.

Their machines are top quality, and when they say that their lasers are painless they mean it. They also have amazing, affordable packages. I can't recommend SSC enough!

I visit this place often for laser hair removal even through they offer a myriad of treatments there. Beth and Patrick are fantastic, professional and pricing is excellent. They offer club memberships and prices are unbeatable. I found them since to me candela laser is the best for the results I am looking for and this is the equipment they have. Pay them a visit, you will love them too!

Beth and Patrick are amazing! I have had their acne treatment and my fiance had hair removal! They are so professional and use top quality equipment! Not like the bog brads you hear on the radio, they are friend and professional and do a much better job! And don't worry - it doesn't hurt that much! No worse than waxing and more permanent!

I started going here based on a friend recommendation. Thankfully there was a Groupon deal at the time also. I had no problem getting in touch with someone at their office to schedule my initial appointment. Even if I had to leave a message, someone (usually Pat) would respond back within 24 hours. Both owners were always professional, friendly, and courteous.

Even when there was one incident of a discrepancy with the number of services, the issue was resolved in my benefit. To me that is great customer service and keeps customers coming back! I have and would continue to recommend them to friends and family!

I've tried multiple different laser hair removal places and thought they were all the same -- a laser is a laser, right? wrong. this is the only one I've gone to that isn't unbearably painful, and the results are good. they have "clubs" that you can join, which gives you a discounted price per treatment for a year. staff is friendly and professional. they also have a referral bonus if you refer someone who becomes a client.

I've been here with a Groupon for a Brazilian a couple of times. The technicians are very competent and they do a very thorough job (if you get my drift). I had previously used Simplicity Laser and I think the techs at Smooth Skin Center do a way better job and are more thorough. I see much less hair growth after sessions with them than I did with Simplicity.

Another comparison to Simplicity is the laser they use. I don't know what it's called but it's way less painful in sensitive areas than Simplicity's and that's a big plus in my book! I'm also impressed that they can get me in pretty much any time I need to (scheduling 6 weeks out of course). I'm looking forward to doing more treatments for other hairy areas.

This is a great find! I initially purchased a groupon for tattoo removal. I was surprised to find out they don't use any anesthetic to numb the area but the pain was tolerable. After 3 sessions my tattoo has faded considerably! Pat is by far the best. He is so considerate and explains everything so well. I would highly recommend Pat for anyone interested in tattoo removal.

Great place to get laser hair removal, botox, etc. Staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. They always have great specials, so make sure you join their email club. Great location, and great hours.

I've been here twice and really like that they offer alot, but even better when they have specials, they REALLY have some good ones. They currently have a spring sale and every week they offer such amazing affordable prices from lasers to injections fillers. They are always fast and really personable. I've seen two people so far, I loved my results the first time, so I decided to take advantage of their monthly payments and go back for my eyes.

Smooth Skin Centers is a great place to get laser hair removal. I first bought a Groupon for $500/6 sessions: legs, brazilian and arm pit. At first I was a little irritated that they never answered the phone so it was quite impossible to set up my first appointment. Since then they've gotten great about answering the phone. I attribute it to the high volume of phone calls they might have received right after the Groupon deal or a bad worker not answering phones.

My first appointment was great. The laser technician was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Since then, every appointment has been a positive experience. As for the laser hair removal part, the results have been great! I've had six sessions and I shave my legs once every three weeks. I even purchased the additional 3 sessions to make it a total of 10 which is supposed to get me to total hair removal.

Please note that I have dark hair and laser hair removal does work best on dark, thicker hair. Overall the facility is clean and inviting and the staff is professional and very knowledgable.
