I've had two appointments here, one for a facial and one for massage and both were fantastic! Ricky is an excellent massage therapist! Excellent customer service!

If you get a foot ritual massage I HIGHLY recommend Deborah. She is amazing and I fell asleep. If you need a good massage that will leave you wanting more then I HIGHLY recommend Stacee.

Love this place, best place for hot stone massage and a sugar scrub. They sell there own products as well. Very zen, fluffy robes and knowledgeable masseuses.

We booked a party of 3. Two had facials & one had a massage. The facial was just ok. I would have preferred less talking during my facial and more information of what product was being applied to my face. My face was lathered in a final EXTRA OILY/GREASY "something". Neither one of us left feeling renewed".

Excellent experience. Very relaxing and Klair Kolish is a superb therapist.

Came here for a couples massage. Filled out a ton of paperwork that asked what our trouble areas are. Then talked to the masseuse about what I would like her to focus on. She literally ignored the one spot I told her was bothering me and never once asked how the pressure was. Same thing with my husband. Way overpriced for that kind of service.

Just moved to the area and I'm so glad I found this place. Got the best message and facial. I have sensitive skin so I'm always worried about the products used. The products here are all plant based and they have products for all skin types. This was exactly what I needed after a stressful week. Will be back for sure.

I just had my first massage at spa habitat! Crystal was AMAZING. Very professional, caring and attentive. I am excited to plan another trip back. Very clean and welcoming. I normally go to spavia and haven't found a place that compares until now.

This place is great! I booked 3 services and all were amazing. Dani did my microdermabrasion facial. Liz did my foot and body massage. The service they provide is fantastic- they make sure to keep a heated neck pillow on you and offer tea or water. It's in a cute old home. Service menu has a little bit of everything.

I found this place about a month ago. It has a spa vibe for sure and super clean. I just wish they didn't have such a small waiting room. I've had one of the best facials and massages here recently. Nicole is fantastic. I have booked with her for a 3rd time. She literally makes me feel like a new human when I walk out of there.

This was a wonderful massage experience. At first I was a little skeptical because their entry and waiting area is not that relaxing because there was lots of people walking by and you can tell it's pretty busy. And their reception area people gave us weird looks and only one of them was friendly but once they put you in the massage room it's heavenly and I loved the massage. I loved it so much and will return. I enjoyed my massage and how clean and peaceful everything is. I walked out of there feeling amazing!

I went in for a Green Peace massage before starting the work week, and I never want to start my day without one of these again. This was such a great location. Ariel at the front desk was amazing! Very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about about the services and products. I had my massage done by Katie. Now I know I have never experienced relaxation before in my life! This was truly fantastic 10/10 bring your family and friends great place!

I've tried this place several times with my Husband. The staff is always nice! I love the organic products! We always get couples massages and they have very cute/cozy rooms. Mike was my massage therapist & he's awesome! Very nice, the best massage of my life. The pressure was perfect! Kristina was my husbands. He said she used the right pressure & he felt awesome walking out of there. They are our new go to massage therapists! I love this spa VS Hand & Stone & Massage Envy. It's a completely different atmosphere. We love it!

I love treating myself on special occasions to a spa day or treatment. After lots of research I really wanted to try this place and even asked a loved one for a gift card for my birthday. Upon arrival there was no one present to check me in. I waited about five minutes while I listened to people chatting in what I later realized was a break room. The lady who checked me in was kind and apologetic about keeping me waiting.

I took one sip of the hot tea she made prior to being called back. I chose the most expensive massage they offered because (treat yourself) and was dumbfounded when the therapist said it was a massage designed to focus mostly on my feet and hands for 90 minutes. I was also originally intrigued by the cute house-turned-spa then quickly turned off when I entered the bright large space outfitted with a high top table and chairs and two massage tables.

The space looked like it was once someone's game room, playroom or attic. It was bright and oddly shaped. It did not evoke relaxing, luxurious, spa feelings I expect. The therapist applied desired pressure and did a decent job overall though when walking me up she recommended their aromatic neck pillow because my shoulders were tight. I asked how often she recommended this and she lifted her shoulders while saying every day.

I arrived at the front noticing the pillow was already sitting there. I decided to buy it because it seemed like it could only help and was nice. After that, the lady who checked me out asked what brand of skincare I used, I said Fresh and she responsed by saying they have a lot of other great products I should consider. I left feeling like the $40 neck pillow had zero to do with my shoulders and 100% to do with up-selling on services rendered. I find this spa seriously overrated. I do not recommend this place and have no desire to return.

My son gave me a facial gift card for my birthday and Spa Habitat didn’t disappoint. Juliana and the staff made this a relaxing/restful experience + educational as well. What a lovely way to spend a Saturday and my complexion loved it too. I will return and recommend this quaint location in East Plano.

Wow! Super impressed when I got a microdermabrasion facial at this location with Juliana! I used to go to the Woodhouse spa at Shops at Legacy which is a little pricier than Spa Habitat and they would always rush me through services. Juliana was so informative and payed attention to my skin concerns. I really appreciate her being so genuine, as well as the amazing service she provided! I also love that all of their products are made with all natural ingredients vs. other spas that I have been to. Great place!

So happy! Decided to spend my off Friday morning here and could not have made a better decision. Everything is perfect from the their own all-natural product line to the relaxing location in historic downtown Plano. I had the Hybrid package which includes a message and facial. The therapists at Spa Habitat are always the best and most knowledgeable out of the spas I have been to. After visiting several spas in the area this will be the one I go back too!

Awesome experience. I will definitely return. I felt catered to and pampered. I can only hope my next visit will hold up to the standard set by the last.

Who would think that a little quaint Victorian house is downtown plano would house (literally) one of the greatest facial therapist ever. Julianna was my therapist yesterday for the 80 minute treatment. it was relaxing, exfoliating, calming and beyond. Never thought I would rave over Texas made organic products, but I admit they were fantastic, and I bought 3 of the serums.

While it's not a 5 star facility. Julianna is better than 5 star as are the products. I will for.go the hassle of parking at hotel ZaZa and go back to SHF because after all it's about the treatment and she is the best. The house is clean, cute and comfortable so it still rounds out to an amazing experience! Will be back.

I absolutely love this place. They get you nice and relaxed as soon as you walk in the door starting with the warm neck wrap. All the stress and tension just melts away. Spa Habit is the best & I will not go anywhere else. The receptionists are always really nice, friendly & accommodating. They have such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. It is a little pricey but very worth it! Every massage I've had here has been amazing.

I've been to Spa Habitat for both massage and facial before but this time I wanted to try a spa package. I selected the Tree Hugger package which includes a Flower Power facial, Green Peace massage and Organic Foot Ritual. Laura did a fantastic job with the foot ritual and massage. Since I'd had the foot ritual first that include a very relaxing foot/leg massage she asked if I'd like to spend more time in a different area during my massage.

The pressure was perfect and I just melted away. Jessica did the facial and she quietly let me know each step of the way without ruining my totally relaxed mood from my massage. She was informative about the products without being pushy as many places are. I highly recommend the whole package but any of the three pieces would be a wonderfully relaxing treat.

Spa Habitat is like going to a friend's house for a spa day. That may sound weird and remarkably awkward, but it isn't; I assure you. With a friendly front desk, a warm reception area, and on-time appointments, the start to your own Treat Yourself 2015 day here will be just f i n e. Then, the goodness continues. no matter which service you choose.

I had a Green Peace massage (55 min) with Erin and it was so calming that, when I was checking out, I looked like I had napped for four or five years. You should head over to this cute little house, even if you feel you don't have the time. One of my resolutions this year is to make regular appointments to MAKE the time. Finally, a resolution I can keep! My future self already says "thank you".

AMAZING! My new favorite place for massages! Ask for Krystal, I've seen her two times now and she honestly is such a gem. I'm sure everyone is great but she definitely has magic hands! I love the Green Peace massage but also highly recommend adding the Hot Stone treatment. They have so many options to choose from for massages/facials etc.

They also have couples massages that are amazing too! Not only is this a place where you can get incredible massage treatments but the charm of the spa adds so much more to the experience. The spa is located in a sweet little home filled with so many amazing aromas that put your senses at ease the moment you walk in the door. I especially love that all of their treatments use only organic products so I don't have to worry about any weird reactions on my sensitive skin. Every time I've visited them the experience has been relaxing and memorable. I would definitely recommend a trip here or gifting this experience to someone else!

Ok. I'm coming back once again to review the Spa solely because of my absolute favorite person there. JULIANA! I can't tell you the number of people I have referred to this woman! i have been seeing her now for about a year and a half. Full disclosure: I'm not interested in massages, I trail run a little too much i Vibrams for pedicures to be of ANY use to me. BUT I meticulously groom my lady bits.

So the SOLE reason I come here is to get a brazilian. HANDS DOWN.Juliana, I can PROMISE YOU.will be the BEST brazilian-er? that you will EVER find. She's quick, HIGHLY skilled, SUPER friendly.and cares about her guests! She knows me so well that she knows that contrary to her other clients who (rightfully break into a sweat shortly after beginning their vag wax)--I get clammy and become a frozen icecube. So, she always has ready a warm neck wrap for me.

There has never been a moment where I (who is typically conservative about my body) felt uncomfortable, or awkward with her waxing me. I have gone elsewhere for a brazilian 2 times and once almost walked out on a technician, and the other time almost cried bc the process was just so damn brutal. I go in with Juliana (and even though my VERY first time seeing her took about 35 minutes because I was hysterically laughing--my shock/defense mechanism.and needed frequent breaks).now, I'm in and out with her in 15 minutes! Seriously!

If you're going to get a brazilian.trust me.you want it over in 15 minutes or less! I now have 4 friends who have either come to see her or are going to schedule their first appointment with her. She is THE reason I go to the Spa Habitat and will continue doing so because of her. GO VISIT HER! She knows what she is doing.

I wish more people knew about this place! It's such a diamond in the rough. A fully organic day spa. No chemicals. The facials are with natural oils and yes.fruit extracts, oatmeals.etc. Amazing. My skin was like a baby bottom's after. I ended up getting a spa package aptly named "The Treehugger", which consisted of a 'flower power facial', 'greenpeace therapeutic massage' and a 30 minute 'organic foot ritual'.

Now now, don't be turned off by the cheesy names of these treatments. As I said earlier, my facial was absurd. The massage was outstanding! (and I'm PRETTY picky when it comes to massages, I need a 450 lb man to work the knots out!). But I have to say, the BEST part of this package was the foot ritual (which was named in 'D Beauty' mag).

They take you into this room, wrap your neck in one of those hot wraps, sit you in a comfy chair and stick your feet in this copper foot tub, with watermelon oils, flower petals and aromatherapy. THEN they massage your feet with warm basalt stones. For oh, about 20 min.now tell me that's not fabulous? The whole package is about 2 1/2 hrs. I also learned they have spa packages for couples, where they serve lunch and have a full treatment day.

When I asked the woman (who currently had her hands on my feet) "Do you see a lot of men come through here" she responded "more than you would think".so, go surprise your honey.go on now. They also have 'spa parties' from 4-20 people.fyi.fabulous. Check it out, spread the word. This place is my newest addiction!
