Wonderful facial, very serene atmosphere and professional staff. Parking was a little tricky the first time, but its free.

Maggie is terrific! Love this place. Always look like a Billion Bucks after our visit.

I cannot recommend Michelle and the entire staff at Truffles MediSpa enough. From fillers to Botox to facials and massages, this is my go-to place for all the things that make me feel beautiful. Thank you so much Michelle and staff!

Truffles (Alpharetta) are wonderful. Competitive prices. Wonderful and clean space. Nurse Debi Cooper is honestly, hands down, THE BEST injector. A true artist. Julie and Heidi are wonderful, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I'll never go anywhere else.

Incredible experience. Went in for a facial during COVID and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Staff took every precaution to make me feel safe and environment was clean as can be. In addition, Brooke, in particular was more than kind and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! The entire staff is kind and knowledgable. I followed my injector Maggie from another practice, this woman is a magician. She is EXTREMELY skilled at her craft. I also recommend Jessica for facials. I have had the best Hydrafacial experience with her. This place is 5 stars across the board. Highly Recommended!

Wonderful experience. Usually get dysport but was reassured about botox and the voluma. Amazing results. I was looking tired and exhausted espcualky after quarantining with small kids but I look refreshed and alive now! Great package deal. Best investment Ive made this year for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Katie! I've been seeing them for about 2 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. When you're in the room you're made to be the only one there: they listen and interpret your thoughts into art. I have been going to Truffles for years. I love my esthetician Jennifer Chiu. Jennifer does an awesome job with putting my skin issues at ease. She is amazing at the facials, and her knowledge about products is outstanding. She truly cares about her customer's needs, and she will take care of you. This place is very clean and neat, and people are very friendly. I would highly recommend Truffles Medispa!

I had my first visit with Truffles Medispa last week and went for some botox for preventative reasons and I am very impressed. The front office was also very accommodating and friendly. I am VERY HAPPY with my results! Michelle not only answered my questions but took the time to talk with me about her approach given my bone structure, age, and desired results. She is an ABSOLUTE pro and definitely treats each patient specific to their needs. I HIGHLY recommend using Truffles Medispa if you are looking to a med spa in Atlanta!

I can't express enough how happy I am to have found Michelle at Truffles Medispa! I went to their office in Buckhead (they have 2 other locations from my understanding) and immediately felt like I was right at home! The staff was so friendly and nice, which took away the nerves I had that day since it was my first time having anything done! Michelle took her time to answer all my questions, went over the best treatment options and overall what was going to help me achieve my goals!

She injected juvederm into my lips to give me that perfect pout and I am in LOVE! They are so natural looking, It's been a week and I cant stop looking at them, they are perfect! I couldn't recommend Michelle and her team over at Truffles enough! thank you, thank you, thank you!

Found my new favorite place to go for injections. The staff was incredibly friendly and the spa itself was very clean & professional. I told Courtney what i wanted & she took the time to talk with me & offer me options for the filler. Overall, i had a great experience.

I am interested in getting a series of chemical peels. I went in for a consult. The aesthetician was nice and very honest with her recommendations. I have not gone back for the peels because their prices are too high. I dont want facial peels, i just want the peel applied to a very small part of my body that has some discoloration. However, they have one set price for everyone and would not budge. Also, their hours are inconvenient for me.

They close at 5 during the week and in order to get a saturday appointment, i was told that i would have to go to their mcdonough location. And the mcdonough location is only open one saturday a month. I will be finding another place to give my business to.

Beware of their 'savings club'. Their record keeping is atrocious and I only recently learned that the money in your account 'drops off the records' if it isn't used in a certain period of time. This should have been disclosed on the front end. Then, who knows if you're getting an accurate accounting of the remaining 'balance'?

To make matters worse, my last visit had to be charged to my credit card, because the person checking me out was unable to log in to my 'savings account'. I merely asked that this charge be refunded to my card, then debuted from my 'savings account' balance as soon as possible. After nearly a month and repeated phone calls, this still hasn't been resolved. I am beyond frustrated and out of patience.

Michelle is brilliant! I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I trust no one else with my lips. The prices are always reasonable and I'm always satisfied after my appointments. If you're looking for a good medispa, this one is by far the best!

They advertise massage but when I took my time to go there they said it's not a service they offer.

I love Truffles! Yes, the chocolate too! I was so uneasy about taking the plunge and getting Botox and Juvederm. At. 44 yo I looked tired all of the time. They made me feel very comfortable, explained every detail to me, and were very patient. The result is fantastic! I will definitely go back. The girls at the desk were great too. I had trouble finding them and they stayed on the phone to help me drive in. It's rare to get customer service like this these days.

Melissa and Brittany were so helpful. They were able to schedule me the same week to treat an acne flare up before an event I am going to. They took plenty of time with me and are so kind.
