First time! Microneedling. Emily was knowledgeable, professional and fun to converse with during the procedure. Numbing cream worked fabulously. Mild irritation while having it done. No worse (for me) than my vibrating scrubby face exfoliation brush. Looking forward to my next session.

Working on getting rid of my scar with microneedling and its been working very well. The process is very professional and relaxing and the needling is oddly relaxing too. If you need microneedling i would definitely recommend this place.

This was my second visit to Vida for Laser treatment. The staff are so warm, acceping and helpful. After my treatment today they even found me a room with better lightng to fix my makeup after my treatment. Alex M is and amazing Esthetian. Anyone considering laser hair removal treatments, I would suggest consulting with Alex before going anywhere else in Salem.

Emily was great did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her at VIDA Aesthetic Medicine.

I was very pleased with the Diamond Glow exfoliating. It was very relaxing and left me feeling wonderful. I would recommend this service to others who want quality facial cleansing.

So wonderful to work with! They are so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. I drive an hour and a half just to come here from the coast because it's honestly worth it!

I saw Dr. Glenn and Alex today for a consultation and both were professional, very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I also saw Ashley for a procedure and I was in excellent care. She was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I came in contact with today were awesome!

Overall in the last two years not a good experience. I've been going off and on for 10 years. I pride myself in not over injecting my face but aging gracefully, doing tweaks here and there. The last couple years they have shuffled me off to four different people. Each time you have a new injector they have to get to know your face so It's very frustrating to have to see a new person.

When I couldn't see my original injector, I went to the director and they did half of my lips and expected me to walk around for 6 weeks with that. It was extremely crooked, No filler in the center of my lips and I looked like the joker. They told me if I had it dissolved that they wouldn't do my lips again. So I waited another couple weeks for my original injector and she then told me that if I DIDN'T get it dissolved that she wouldn't finish the job.

They owe me money for a botched jawline filler, first telling me that I should do ultherapy instead and then telling me I should do a facelift. And then telling me I should do ul-herapy again. Then trying to blame it on a chronic illness that I've had for the whole time I've been going there ( with no issues or complications).I have been putting off writing this review because I am trying to be patient with the shutdown and changes but I was put off for the last time today.

I tried to make an appointment and they wouldn't make an appointment for me until they talked to the injector. Again. So round and round we go. The money you use to invest in your face should make you feel better! Sadly, I will not be going back and I probably will never see my refund. I cannot recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism They were unwilling to do a virtual consultation when I requested one. My kids are not yet vaccinated, and they could not tell me if everyone in their office is vaccinated. Very unreasonable and inconsiderate during a pandemic.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism I experienced today. With the changes put in place by the State of Oregon for Vida to reopen, I feel they went above and beyond. I was welcomed at my vehicle, walked into the private room and when leaving the for was opened for me. Hand sanitizer and face mask given and temperature checked before entering the office. Class act!

Every time I have a treatment or procedure at vida is a good experience. The staff are professional, well trained, and so considerate of me. I always feel like they go above and beyond to give me the best of what they can do. Today I saw Seniya and she was wonderful. I would highly reccomend vida

My Vida experience has always been good. Dr. Glen is terrific and I have not bruised with procedures. I have been appreciative of his skill.never feeling over done or fake. The results have been subtle and have given me a softened look which is what I have been wanting. Olivia as well has been wonderful! She is so professional and skilled in procedures. I always feel I'm in good hands. The staff in the office are so friendly and accommodating. The overall experience at Vida is extra positive!

The staff here is amazing! But more importantly, they know what they are doing when it comes to any kind of enhancements. They enhance your own attributes in a natural way and make you feel great! I've been to a few other places and just seeing some of the employees makes me wonder how overboard they might go. I don't ever have to worry about that at VIDA! I also have been going to VIDA for many years. They make me feel cherished. The entire staff is lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Thompson enjoys her work and is quite an artist in finding new ways to make you happier with your appearance. She goes to a lot of trouble to prevent bruising and puffiness. She makes sure you know what to expect and gives plenty of post-procedural instructions. I always have a pleasant experience, no matter which staff member helps me. I really love this place!

First experience yesterday was great! I saw Olivia for laser hair reduction. She was fast and super friendly. Vida is more expensive than the place I was going to in Eugene, but luckily I am in the maintenance phase, so I only need touch ups a couple times a year. I'm very picky about where I go for laser and this place has met my expectations so far!

I had such a wonderful experience. The staff is all very professional and take time to answer any questions. Julie was amazing she has done my botox treatments twice now and each time she has listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to me each time. I also took the plunge and got lip injections. I was very concerned about them looking natural because of a past experience. Julie again did not disappoint she is a perfectionist and has so much experience I felt at ease knowing she was giving me a natural plumper look.

Love Vida! I've been coming here for years. Dr. Thompson is the best doctor in town for all things aesthetic and skincare. She's on top of the latest research and has a cautious yet effective approach. Staff is super friendly.

The treatment was wonderful. I got in within a few days for my first appointment. The esthetician, Liz Bowers, was knowledgeable and explained everything. I went in knowing exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Liz for a Brazilian.

Olivia that works at Vida is amazing she has worked with me through my entire process. I have PCOS and had a large amount of facial hair and she has been so friendly and knowledgeable over the past 2 years. I noticed a difference after just one session. I currently am hair free and only go in about once a year for maintenance. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and I will continue to be a part of the Vida family. They have changed my life!

I deleted my first review on good faith that Vida was going fix this. This has carried on for months now. I'm updating my review nothing was done to fix this. First off I've been going to Vida for about 5 years. I've had fabulous results up until this year in March. I had went in then for my usual juvaderm ultra (Tara did the injections) and then Rstylane I've made several attempts to see what had went wrong with 2 consults back in there. 1st time I went back after my initial treatment I was told there was nothing they could do about it. 3rd time one of the estheticians looked at it.

She said they would fix it and yes something didn't look right with juvaderm ultra. (Took pictures their lighting angle, oh I don't see anything wrong with it, odd my pictures I phone dated all do. Their lighting photo) She said, "Melt it all." Odd, she didn't even feel my face to see where filler was if there was any in my laugh lines or if there even was any. ( none felt right side minimal lil left) None on the right side.

I still can see puffy marks needle marks without make up months later. As for the Restylane she told me, " No see, you have malasma, you should look it up and it's from the birth control you started. Odd I'd been on birth control months prior this low dose possible. ( she never contacted my Gynecologist prescribed it, so how would she know when it was started, blame shift) Those brown rings didn't develop till after the injection of Resteylene. Proceeds to tell me, " Yeah you should look that up". Turns out I don't have that and that's common occurrence with Restylane when not injected correctly.

My end result looking worse before I came out. She offered fix the juvaderm laugh line area. She could melt what was there. Nothing to melt, or add to it. I was scheduled an appointment for a day she wasn't in. They called me to tell me she wasn't in that day. They would call back to reschedule I waited a week and half with no reschedule call.

The restylane looks like this few months later. I have to cover my face with foundation to hide big round brown rings under my eyes I never had. To add to that my rip off on the Juvaderm that wasn't mixed right or she diluted the solution? I didn't receive that left me with deeper lines. What she use on that dissolvent? Worst of all look like I'm left with permanent brown ring marks under the eye area.

Of course they said " nothing we can do about. From my first review they contacted me and looked at it. She didn't even test my face feel where filler was at. ( they take pictures in their lighting etc.) Trying say nothing wrong with it and that it was me. Why do all my before pictures( dated pictures on my I phone) look like afters? Argue, oh it was the angle. No, In short I paid to look worse not better!

I paid for a product I didn't receive, correctly. Dilute solution or improper mixing solutions which is against Oregon Board of Health laws for Esthetics. How could you trust them to fix that. Lies. Never going back here again. I'm out the money I spent. Plus cost fix ( laser brown rings from restylane) and replace my juvaderm that they dissolved or just used saline.

I have to go to another esthetician. The end result I look worse and am out the money I spent. I'm sharing this so others don't get ripped off. I've went here for years and trusted them. To be treated that way is an insult to my intelligence. I'll never go here again. Long story short I would never went in here if I would've known My face would've looked worse coming out.

I paid to look worse. I had no results! Results don't very if you don't use your product right. I'm done communicating and attempting for months to fix this along with playing their games.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of services and have multiple providers who can do each service which makes scheduling easier. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was misquoted for # of units by a lot, equating hundreds of $$ difference in what I thought I'd pay and ended up paying. I was shocked and disappointed, especially when I mentioned it to the person who originally gave me the quote, and she didn't do anything about it.

First let me say I didn't use their service, only their initial consultation. Had the consultation with Olivia about "non-surgical face and neck tightening" as the billboard said. At first it sounded like I was being promoted for every service they offer. But I asked one question specific to an issue I've experienced in the past and Olivia immediately responded by saying "I'm glad you told me that.

This (meaning the primary service recommended) would NOT be good for you. You may experience.etc". She was very forthcoming about issues and ultimately referred me to a completely outside provider. She did point out a follow up service that she thought I would be happy coming back for later, after I went elsewhere. I was ultimately very impressed with how thorough and informative my free consultation was.

Huge disappointment. I got laser hair removal. Through the process i noticed diminished hair growth but as soon as my six treatments where done my hair grew as if no laser treatment was done. My money down the drain. Be ware. Too bad the girls are really nice but not my results.

I feel like these people care far more about making an extra buck than they do about actual customer care. I made several trips to them for Botox, wondering why it wasn't working for me anymore. They kept telling me I could "use a little more". I'd seen another doctor in the past for my Botox, and consistently needed about half the number of units for the same results.

After shine investigation, a source of mine leaked that Vida is allegedly not mixing the Botox to the manufacturer suggested dilution ratio. So basically I was getting needles full of saline & a tiny bit of product. This way Vida can make their product go farther. Many people may not notice this, but I'm a Botox veteran. They also made promises to "fix" the situation, and do some complimentary IPL/BBL for the extensive bruising they caused several times, but then coincidentally were too booked & couldn't squeeze me in & make good on any of their promises.

They have monthly parties with lots of booze & they get people drunk so they will spend money at their establishment and even perform services on them right then. Probably so they won't notice their unprofessionalism and shortcomings!
