Dr. Vincent is so kind and approachable. His work is impecable. I've had friends get body procedures and face procedures by him and they look amazing. He's the man and I wouldn't have a cosmetic surgery by anyone else! Dr. Vincent's assistant Teresa is also so sweet and knowledgeable and she's very thorough. Heather the injector has done my injections for the past 2 years and I adore her. She treated me like a friend the moment I met her. Strongly recommend this place.

Britt and her assistant Hannah are amazing! Britt is easy to talk to and listens to what you would like to improve, as well as giving you the best options possible without breaking the bank. Hannah Is very knowledgeable herself and answers all of my questions that I have for her as well as making sure that I'm comfortable with everything that will be going in my appointments. My injections are always quick and painless. I definitely recommend these ladies so, make sure to book with them!

I love Vincent so much! I have had all kinds of treatments done and been happy with my results with all of them. Kylie did a Micro needle today and was super friendly and fun to be with. She walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable with what was being done. I would highly recommend her and all of the Vincent team!

Dani has worked her "cosmetic injection magic" on my face twice now & I have been thrilled with the results. Dr. Vincent is awesome and he is very personable. He did a fantastic job and he really wanted me to be happy about my results I could tell he genuinely cared. He was very detailed oriented to every aspect from the consult to the surgery. He is an all around great guy and I enjoyed being around him. I also had kylee help me out through the process she was very attentive and did a fantastic job making me feel welcome and comfortable through all of my visits from surgery to post op she took great care of me as well. Over all I had a fantastic experience and I would recommend Dr. Vincent and staff as they are top notch

Going to Dr. Vincent was one of the greatest things that I have ever done! If you are looking for a plastic surgeon look no further than Dr. Vincent. He is a wonderful doctor, very kind and talented! Also one of his assistants Kylie has just been the greatest. She is so sweet and helpful and has been extremely knowledgeable and kind every time I have been there!

Botched submentalplasty. Promises to fix it refused. Do not make the same mistake I made and put your trust in Dr. Vincent. Go to DOPL. Verify his license. View actions taken against him. In my initial consultation I explained to the doctor that I wanted a defined jawline. He recommended a submentalplasty and I booked the surgery. At my follow up appointments, as I began to realize I was not getting the results I was told to expect, I spoke with him, he echoed my concerns and assured me he would fix them at the sixth month mark if they didn't resolve on their own.

I had uneven, loose skin resembling jowls. I was pulled extremely tight in some places and not tight at all in other places the results being unsightly. At one point he even promised a facelift to fix it. I was so impressed with him for being so accountable and willing to make things rights but, come my sixth month follow up He dismissed my concerns and his promises and recommended I pay another couple thousand dollars to have his mistakes fixed with laser treatments.

It broke my heart. I have been left with uneven jowls and a neck looking aged beyond its years. Please take a look at my pictures. They are 7 months postop and a testament to Dr. Vincent's lack of skill and integrity. Yes, he removed fat from under my chin but what he left me with is unsightly and has noticeably aged the appearance of my neck.

I've always had nothing but fantastic experiences each time I go to Vincent Surgical for my 'tox and fillers. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are very competitive, always have specials going on and their injectors are the absolute best. Heather and Britt know what they're doing! They listen to what I want, execute it perfectly, and I never feel rushed. I get so many compliments on my lips and have never had any issues with poorly injected Dysport. I highly recommend them.

I love Vincent surgical arts! It can be intimidating going into a place like that for services. Everyone makes you feel comfortable! And the open house is amazing. The fact that they give back to their clientele like that is amazing!

I am barely 24 hours post-op and I could not be more pleased with my results! Dr. Vincent brought my vision to life and gave me a body I feel confident in! My entire experience from the consultation, to scheduling and actual procedure; was beyond phenomenal! He has an amazing team who are so kind and helpful! After coming back in 2021 I will never use Dr Vincent for anything, not even simple things like injections or skin care purchases. Customer care and customer service are two areas this office needs to focus on. There are several plastic surgeons in the valley find one that values you and your business.

When I first sent to this place they did great with my lips, tear trough, etc. But the last time I went in to get the tear trough under my eyes done I had a big bump on one side that wouldn't go down and the left side didn't even look like I had anything done. So after a few weeks of massaging it myself I went back in and they massaged it again. I said the left eye doesn't even look like it's been done and she completely ignored me and said well just keep massaging the other eye and basically rushed me out the door! I will never go back!

My experience with Dr. Vincent was the absolute best! I got a breast augmentation and he literally changed My life with the amazing job he did. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. My MA was Kylie and she was seriously the best! so sweet and funny She made me feel so comfortable and confident she was the bomb.com!

I must say, EVERYONE at Vincent Surgical Arts treated me with upmost kindness and respect. They always had a smile and were so friendly. Love Dr. Drake Vincent! He took great care and was very attentive to my needs. He made time for me to help fix some issues I was having post Op and never made me feel like I was a bother. Mey, was one of the Medical assistants whom I saw quite often.

She was always so kind and very patient with me. She explained things I needed to do post op and was very helpful. I was kind of their "problem child" but they always made sure my problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. A few others I must mention are Christine, Boo, Jess, Theresa and a few others who's name escape me right now. All these folks went above and beyond for me. I am very happy with the results of my surgeries and just wish I'd done it sooner!

I have had both my breast augmentation + mastopexy as well as now my rhinoplasty surgery completed by Dr. Vincent. With both surgeries I have been completely satisfied with my results & the customer service that I received. Throughout my surgery processes, everyone in the office that I encountered made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and not just like another number.

I was able to call/text any day at ANY time both prior to & after my surgeries with any questions that I had & they never made me feel like a nuisance. I have also had injections/Botox performed at the office and all of the injectors are so knowledgeable & professional. Heather is my favorite! I have liked my results every single time and always receive compliments on my lips.

From my original consultations, (Kylie is the BEST M.A!) to the time of my appointments, I have really enjoyed Dr. Vincent and his staff. Hence why I keep going back for more. Not to mention, their pricing is usually hard to beat. I highly recommend Vincent Surgical Arts!
