I bought a coupon for 5 spa services from this place back in August. The first several times I called, I was told the aesthetician was gone on maternity leave, which is fine, but that seems like a terrible time to plan a big promotion and try to attract new clients. The first time I called, I wasn't sure I had the right place, because the receptionist answered the phone with "Dr.

So and so's office, " no mention of a spa. I finally got an appointment scheduled in March to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady who waxed my eyebrows never introduced herself. She was very nice, but she really pay attention to what I asked her to and she tore off a chunk of my skin in the process, leaving me with a scab under my eyebrow for the next couple weeks.

I made another appointment, but due to a meeting I had to reschedule it, and I was told it would be at least a week before I could be fit in. I'm sorely disappointed that I prepaid for services here without researching it first, because I'm definitely not going back.
