I had a great experience at Las Vegas dermatology. My medical assistant Shannon was friendly & when I met Dr. Cotter, I was surprised how personable he was. Caring and personable physicians are hard to come by! I felt heard and I left the office satisfied. Looking forward to my treatments

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Greenberg. His office staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Greenberg was amiable, offered casual conversation yet professional and well-informed about concerns I had raised in the new patient form- I had filled it out just the night before. And he had reviewed it enough to be able to comment on certain issues. I felt very comfortable knowing that he had taken the time to do what we all hope our new doctors will do! I am happy I was referred to him by a friend.

My first visit. I found the practice to be friendly and welcoming. There was a lot of recognition that this was my first appointment. I was disappointed to wait over an hour for my visit. My appointment was 11:40 am, and likely lunchtime. Still, it would be nice to shorten the wait time. Just providing feedback.

Seemed busy. Getting an appt. took a bit longer than I would have liked. In-office personnel were nice. Dr. was moving fast - in and out quickly. I assume he was thorough. He seemed pleasant but I didn't get a sense of who he was. I'm willing to go back another time if I have a problem.

Staff is super friendly, they all make you feel welcome. And doctor Cotter, I can't say enough. He really understood how frustrating having psoriasis is. Him or myself don't have it, its my 15 year old daughter but he really helped us understand it and gave us hope for the future. We've been to others and they would always say " ok try this cream, come back next month to see hows shes doing " next month would come around and again " now let's try this" long story short I'm really thankful for this office.

Was very nervous because the work needed to be done on my eye lid. Doctor was extremely careful and reassuring. Even though my nerves were high it was quick and painless! I don't even want to go, but I'm thankful my wife took me to this location. Great staff and great doctors. If I ever need any work to be I'm definitely going back to that office.
