Found this hidden gem while in town for business. Had a few appointments here. Brenna gave me a hydrafacial and I had a couple of laser treatments with Gloria. They are both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very comfortable there. The office is very clean, as well as the treatment rooms. You know you are in a safe environment when you enter this skin care center. They also have very reputable products that are available to purchase. I highly recommend Chesapeake for all of your skin care needs.

I recently called to inquire about some services and the women I spoke with was extremely rude and impatient. Investing in a 6-8 session treatment is no quick decision or cheap investment and the woman on the phone seemed annoyed by my questions and said I need to schedule a consultation, which is $50, to answer anything additional. I wouldn't think it is necessary to pay $50 to learn about pricing and how long between each session I need to wait in order to complete the treatment. Yes there is a blog article on the website but again, I would think the staff can spend 5 minutes on the phone with a potential customer to explain the pricing structure is normal.
