I am so impressed with April's professionalism and expertise. She was quick and efficient but was also friendly, warm, and respectful. I will definitely be returning. Dropped a star because she's missed laege patches of hair on 3 occasions. 1 time was my fault for being late. Another she was in a hurry for a lot minute training. I'd have preferred she reschedule because I drive from Cary. The 3rd I don't know what the issue was.
I still go here because shs is good at what she does and is warm and professional. I just purchased a portable lightes magmidying mirror to check before I leave. In April's defense, some of the hair is blond or white and she never ever charges for more time than she works.

April is a beautiful person inside and out. She is kind hearted and giving. She tells stories to keep Your mind off the process (my visit was very comfortable and pain free). She has been doing this a long time and is skilled. She's attune to how You're doing at every step. It's obvious that she loves her job, she loves her clients, and is passionate about helping people. She wouldn't accept a tip From me, even with my strong insistence. What a lovely experience and person.

I am so thankful I found this place! I've seen both Autumn and April and they are so wonderful. Very kind, very professional and informative. I drive 30 minutes each way to see them because I'd never trust anyone else with my electrolysis.

This is the most wonderful hair removal office I ever been serviced. April and Autumn are gentle and caring. This have been a great experience. I have been a customer for about a year. I love the atmosphere. They are never rushed. Very eager to give good satisfaction. The prices for services are reasonable. The recovery process is wonderful. I haven't experienced any scarring. My skin is smooth. If you're looking for quality results see April and Autumn.

This is a bit of a drive from Chapel Hill but well worth it. April is such an engaging person, so professional, and very skilled at what she does. I had seen someone else previously and was unhappy with the results. I am so glad I gave electrolysis another try.

I was EXTREMELY nervous my first time and was thinking about walking out but April called me back right when I was about to leave. She made me feel very comfortable, answered all questions and was full of. information! I could tell she really enjoy what she do and seriously wants to help. I went in for a consultation and walked out after a 30 minute treatment! She will make you feel as if you have been knowing her for years. Can't wait for my appointment this morning!

I was really nervous as to what electrolysis hair removal would feel like.but with the darn issue of more and more facial hair appearing. I had no choice but to bite the bullet. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no discomfort and it went very quickly (About 15 minutes). April was very nice and very professional and I had the confidence that she really knew what she was doing. I am happy I found her and look forward to my next appointment without fear.
