I've done laser before and let's just say it was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever been through. Hello laser was a totally different world, the experience is A+ every time. I've seen Jen since I began doing laser again around 2 years ago. Jen and the ladies at the front desk are always so incredibly fast, kind, and professional. My appointments take only a couple of minutes and don't hurt at all. I've seen awesome results since I started seeing Jen and will continue to be a loyal customer of hers and this location through my laser journey. *A side note during COVID the location requires masks which I think is great and the location always looks spotless so I feel super comfortable and safe coming in for my appointment.

Going to Hello Laser was my first experience with any laser place in the valley and they truly live up to all of their reviews. They are honest and upfront about pricing and make the process comfortable. My tech Erica is very nice and welcoming always making sure I feel ok throughout the service. I have seen great results so far with the 4 treatments I've had. Highly recommend this place!

Don't bother looking else where for laser hair removal, these technicians really care about their clients and look out for their best interests! My tech, Rachael, is always thorough in reminding me and asking me about sun exposure and products that will make me more sensitive to treatments. Super friendly staff, and they're great about follow-ups and aftercare. :
