Super friendly staff who takes the time to thoroughly explain the processes and options. Very clean facility with the most modern equipment and training. I am completely satisfied that I am getting premium service for my money with every treatment. Lani, Madison and Erica are a great team, extremely professional and passionate about the services they offer while still maintaining a fun, friendly experience. Highly highly recommended for anyone looking for electolosys or laser treatments

Four years ago I made the decision to seek out professional help for hair removal. I nervously began my search for an electrolysis and laser hair removal service in Chandler. My first call was to Lani and after my consultation that afternoon, I knew the search was over. Lani's office is warm, welcoming, calm and peaceful. Lani, Erica and the office staff are very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. Not only have my hair removal needs been met, but my complexion has improved so much through Lani's advice on skin care! Excellent Service and great quality and care. Lani and staff do a great job in making sure everyone is treated with the upmost attention. They listen to your needs and will recommend what you need with honest feedback. They will not work to oversell you like some other places. I have seen amazing results with just a few treatments and will recommend them to everyone. They are even helping my son to treat his acne. Truly amazing!

I have been coming to this amazing place for over two years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. Lani, Madison and Erica are top notch! I was embarrassed when I made my first laser hair removal appt, but I was instantly made to feel at ease when I arrived. Lani started my treatment and I have worked with Madison since. I have had successfully completed a full Brazilian and now continue to come for my facials and electrolysis.
This is the most comfortable spa I think I've been to. They treat you like family. or just one of the girls! Hey we all have things we want to fix so if you are looking for honesty and not being over-sold on things you don't need I highly recommend coming here. I will use these lovely ladles until they close the doors! Love you all and THANK YOU for all you do!
