Fantastic Facial with Lori today. What a charming and relaxing environment. I recommend verification of price of service as the website and actual cost of service was $30 increase, not a major deal. But in service business it pays to be transparent.

Melanie is a treat. Not only did she listen to me, she asked very specific questions, but allowed me time and space to feel my emotions. After suffering with severe migraines for decades, visiting Melanie every other week for neck, shoulder and back work I can say my migraines are manageable, and some days non-existent. Obviously this doesn't mean everyone would get the same results, but for me it feels like she gave me a part of my life back.

Have tried other massage therapists at this location, and I will be waiting for Melanie to be available going forward. She just understands my needs more than the other I've seen. The masseuse I saw today didn't ask a single question, and it felt like when she touched my neck scar she recoiled and changed how she was massaging that shoulder, I did not get any benefits from my massage today, but it allowed me to realize that the communication style that Melanie has is unique and contributes to the results beyond measure.

I have always had a wonderful experience when going to Mac Med Spa! I have been a few times for both facials and massages. I truly feel pampered while I am here and leave feeling refreshed! I cannot recommend their services enough.

I have seen Luchiana and Linda for lash extensions and I cannot say enough good things about them both! I see Luchiana regularly now (she was highly recommended to me from a close family friend). I look forward to seeing her every 2 weeks. She is such a kind woman and her work reflects her passion. I highly recommend seeing her for all your skin/lash needs! You won't regret it.
